Lulu

the 7th episode case was very interesting, as law uni students me and my friends actually debated it and it sparked a deep conversation, i loved it

oh okay, i understand then, thank you!

so im like 50min into the first episode and I wanted to ask if the king is based on yeonsangun and they’ve changed his name? I can’t find any official note in english about it, but from what the FL is saying about him and how other characters adress him it sounds like yeonsangun and i was so confused when i heard “yeonhuigun” 😂😂

yes, thank you for correcting this issue!! I was also referring to that as in appeal for the false accusations, but maybe I formed my sentence wrong (writing the comment at 4 am may have contributed to that 😅).

so from what i read in the news, the woman who accused him got 8 months of prison because of false accusations. This case is still suspicious (considering Korean doctrine on r*pe) because we clearly have a man in power and a woman with not so much influence, but the woman changed her testimony two times (she said she lied about being r*ped and then she said that was also a lie and that her first allegations were true) so there could be truth to the idea that he is innocent considering that the verdict was given in the appeal phase. I don’t take artists’ side when they are clearly guilty, but in this case there isn’t enough evidence that he is a criminal.

So because of that little aspect u gave this tv series a 5?

ah yes, thank you!! i watched (or tried to at least, I dropped lawless lawyer two times) the last ones you listed, but I will try the aviation one

yeah haha, i can't wait for another week, i wanna watch something similar till this saturday

that actually happened in royal families too (like families excluding members with disabilities from public view, shipping them off to far away estates or hospital and never speaking to them again) and nobody knew until the press got out the info. For example, you can read about the case of Nerissa and Katherine Bowes-Lyon which is tragic. So yeah even though we don't hear about this type of case, it isn't unrealistic.

I watched Voice and Partner in Justice (and I loved them), I'll check out the other ones, thank you!!

does anyone know any dramas with the same dynamics between the ML and FL?

Welcome to real world, skin has texture. A show shouldn’t be about unrealistic expectations from human beings

do u think we re gonna see the grown up Hyo Ju? Since Hyo Min seems to know Korean Sign Language, we can assume that she kept contact with her twin sister, right?

what the actual f is happening in ep 10

thank you so much!!!

In the second photo with only women there are seven ladies, who are the other two beside the 5 Li daughters?

Nah, after the 40th episode I cannot like the emperor at all.

I M SOBBING

can someone explain the timeline of the last episode?

the plotline is kinda boring, but every episode ends so beautifully and I can't stop myself to watch it
