I’ve been rewatching and the psychologist strategy reminds of the psychologist in ‘it’s okay not to be ok’, where he wanted both tortured souls to heal together but this one is a bit lighter(so far).

As of now, no. But even if she will have a rival in the future episodes I don’t think it will work as the ML is already obsessed with her.

Yeah that worries me too. Next episodes will be about chen hai and captain shen’s confessions. Seeing the trailer, they will also go down the memory lane but maybe when they got together, then there’s the accident, therapy and three competitions including the Olympics with the side story of 2nd couple and dr. Ding/tang xin’s boss. I can imagine 30 episodes for all of that. I’m both curious and concerned how they will pull off the rest. Maybe they give us more fluff hahaha!

Some parts aren’t exactly like the novel. For example, xiao ci is supposed to be dead in the novel and the new girl is a new character. Also in the novel, Captain Shen was just pretending not to know tang xin. They sort of followed the sequence and some dialogues but different story.

Yeah, it wasn’t a convincing conflict for me but it happened in the novel so I think that’s why they included that. Even the rapping. 😅

1st ML is the naive one while the second is the playboy. I don’t think the 1st ML will have parents in this drama and he’s been portrayed as obsessed with shooting. Also, high school tang xin was very much the sweetest girlfriend so he didn’t need to woo women 🤣 not so sure after the accident though~

1.) she started after living and spending too much together. It was explained by the psychologist but kinda not buying it.

2.) probably in the middle of the drama, the next few episodes are going to be about him confessing.

3.) it improved because he got used to her by seeing her a lot and living together. It was mentioned by the psychologist while talking to the coach on the phone.

Come back after a few more episodes you will understand why :)

With regards to the heroine, she only mentioned to the psychologist it’s the action of shaking hands that can trigger her trauma but she didn’t tell the complete story yet. They are focused on her stutter issues for now while Captain Shen is trying to figure out the limit of physical contact with tang xin.
I think Captain Shen declines handshakes with guys he doesn’t like but is fine with others.

I guess we can’t please everybody. There’s still a lot of time for it to go up. We’re not even half of the drama yet. Let’s just hope the ratings will get better soon.

No love triangle so far. One that is trying to ruin someone’s reputation can be annoying but that’s her role.

The stuttering problem isn’t consistent though. I know she can communicate in short sentences but she was like having normal convo with Captain Shen during grocery shopping. The next day, she’s stuttering again? 😅

He lost his confidence somehow and he was too jealous of Captain Shen which didn’t sit well with me but still tolerable.
