I remember those days when you could find dramas on you tube, but they were split like in 5 parts. Oh! Those days when my internet speed was so slow I had to preload in different windows each part, young people will never understand how much work and time was invested on loading a video from You tube! Loved your article made me reminiscence those days :)
The most recents are Dokushi Kizoku and Celeb to binbo taro, I really suffered to finish them but since japanese dramas are short I usually stick with them till the end. For korean dramas if I find myself frustrated I usually end dropping them.
I feel you ;O; I've also watched all versions of Hana Yori Dango and LOVE the japanese one. I totally agree with…
I'm so happy to read so much love for HanaDan, as it is my favorite drama of all times! And also I’m kind of surprised to see Hanazawa Rui being so popular, I assumed we were a small group but I realized it is much bigger than I thought. But I think the credit goes to Oguri Shun, because he did a hell of a job bringing Hanazawa Rui to life, like the "Ma-ki-no~" phrase.
1, 2 and 5. I LOVED them. 1) Rui, especially in Season 2, is sexy as hell, but I still like Domyoji... 2) In Cheese…
Yes, Choi Young Do did had character development and it was because of his love for Eun Sang, that's why I wanted him to be happy and get the girl! I've also rewatched episodes of Heirs but only yhe ones where Young Do and Eun Sang appear together :P
Yes!! HanaDan gave me one of biggest 2nd lead syndromes I have ever experienced. About Heroine Disqualified I…
I know what you mean, there's the perfect guy in front of them and they don't see it!!!
If you are into mangas I recommend reading Heroine Disqualified but then again maybe you'll suffer more seeing her choosing Rita.
I haven't watched "She was Pretty", because of "Kill Me Heal Me" they will always be sinblings Oh Ri Jin and Oh Ri On to me and "She was pretty" is incest to me!
Cunning single lady is my favorite of this genre, the plot is very good and you really get to understand the reasons behind the divorceand also how they do deserved a second chance.
1, 2, 4 are my personal favorites too! But then, Yook Sungjae as Gong Taekwang (School 2015) will always be my…
I haven't watched School 2015 I do have it in my Plan to Watch List, but a friend of mine told me about how the ending was really weird and her second lead syndrome and I've been doubting to watch it because of that.
I haven't read the manga but Kosuke was so cute in Heroine Disqualified! I love Yamazaki Kento but I felt Rita…

I almost couldn't finish watching it! The main couple were son annoying and for me it wasn't "can we get married?" it was more like "Please just get married so we can end this drama" at the end you couldn't care less if they marry or not, both of their families were so annoying and I after all that happens I couldn't get why they wanted to get married at all!
The only interesting story was her aunt's love story that was kept me going with this drama, everything else annoying, boring and pointless.
And also loved her exboyfriend he was one of the few ones thinking straight in all this craziness of drama
Honestly the female character bothered mw a lot!!! For me it seems like she wanted both brothers and then at the end she decide she was in love with Mamoru! She liked when Mamoru paid attention only to her and her script and when he didn't help her with the script she acted all selfish and wanted all the attention for her. And even though she never refused all the attentions of Susumu she then acted like Mamoru was her fated person. I didn't get this drama, nor why does the female lead gets her happy ending, in my opinion she didn't deserve it.
I dropped this drama, couldn't finish it. A drama that should have been 16 episodes since the beginning. The story dragged and dragged and it was even interesting. The heroine became a second lead and faded on the background with so little character development. At least we get to watch Nam Gung Min being the good guy.
This was my first sageuk drama, I was reluctant to watch them because of the historic background and because I'm mainly into romantic comedies. But I think this is not the typical sageuk, this drama's mainly focuse is romance, it does have the plotting for the throne plotline but above all is the love story. I loved to pieces the young actors, they were great. I became a fan of Yeo Jin Goo since I saw him acting here, his sad scenes were excellent. But everyone since the young Yeon Woo, prince Yang Myung and Heo Yeon acted really well, what a talented young cast they had.
For the adults I also became a fan of Kim Soo Hyun, he really knows how to cry, his scenes were so touching and I really felt his pain and distress. And finally I also became a fan of Jung Il Woo and was at the edge of having a second lead syndrome.
Basically I highly recommend this drama it's a pure love story and well rounded story.
This was a little bit of a deception, because I have great faith on Japanese suspense dramas/movies. But this one didn't surprise me, like you could see almost everything coming and sometimes it was kind of repetitive. I only watched it and season 2 because of Miura, Sato and Narimiya. But there are definitely way better suspense dramas to watch.
