Not sure what the writers were thinking when they chose the last case episodes. Those 2 episodes were the least interesting of the whole season and honestly they felt quite weird. Rest of the season was good with great guest actors.
yeah. it's like, doesn't matter how much you try to make world fare, "bad" people will always be there
I'm so sad that they turned Chief Justice to the dark side at that last minute reunion at the ex-president house. He was one of the few honest judges there and they had to do this :(
I've seen several quirky characters along the way but Ena's character was unbearable! How could the writer make…
They couldn't be bothered to explain how the killings took place because there was no reasonable explanation as to how a woman could kill all those man, specially Ena's uncle who was a former police officer. Also even though they kind of explained why the killings started again after 10 years I didn't quite understand that reason it didn't make sense to me. As many comments here the writing was lacking, the puzzle was kind of meaningless, the policr didn't discover anything important. At the end of the day they discovered the killer due to hunches and kind of luck. Also the fact that Ena told the psychiatrist all about the cases when it's totally forbidden for a police officer to share details of an investigation and what about the psychiatrist becoming friends with her, that was also so unprofessional on her side.
I've seen several quirky characters along the way but Ena's character was unbearable! How could the writer make the FL this annoying is beyond my understanding. I think they wanted to make the FL and ML's relation something along the lines of "Stranger" but they failed miserably. For me this is an okay drama but the story had lots of plot holes that didn't quite work for me.
I think the main leads gave a good performance but the chemistry between them was lacking. I didn't feel the romance…
Another thing that really bothered me was that she got out of her house to become independent and try living by herself for the first time in her life but at the first opportunity she asks Kaouru to live with her, so what was really the point then?
I think the main leads gave a good performance but the chemistry between them was lacking. I didn't feel the romance at all. Also the story was ok but at the end it kind of fell apart, the final episode didn't make that much of a sense to me.
Last 2 episodes made me cry so much, overall this is a nice drama ann quite entertaining though I think there were several things that not made that much of a sense considering certain facts. Still watch this it's worth your time.
If you're looking for romance look elsewhere because this drama is definitely not a rom-com. It had so much potential but it fell flat and it it was a drama with not so much of a plot. Though if you're looking for a drama ton inspire you to start working out this one is the right choice.
I really enjoyed watching this drama, it was the perfect length and Shi Yoon is such a great actor. His performance was spot on and I was quite moved by some of his dialogues. I see this was mixed reviews and as one of the comment says it may be due to time in your life you're watching this. This drama might be appealing for and older range of people. But still I will recommend watching it.
Hmm.. I can understand not getting the story better because not everything from the manga is adapted. But from…
I couldn't understand how they decided to continued using a technology that at the end was developed by a psychopath adding up how Maki was so worried about the moral issues and at the end seem it made him feel so bad about it. I mean Kainuma even hypnotized the people working there, but they never doubted there could be a trick to what he developed. Also I don't think we ever get to know when Kainuma's diagnose was made, was it since the beginning when he first met Maki? I believe he created the technology because of Maki told him when they first met, so did he started murdering people right from the start in order to develop the technology or was it after it was developed in order to improve it? (to add the sound and improve the tome range they could see, etc) How did he lured his victims? Did he lured then to his house or did he kidnapped them somewhere else and then moved them to his house? What was his MO (aside from choosing his victims from people that looked like Maki)? Where did he kept the remains? Where they even found? For me all this questions were important and I didn't find and answer to them. I'm not gonna go into the relationship part because then this comment will become longer and so on.
This drama was terrible! I have not read the source manga so not sure that has an effect on my opinion but all the cases were pretty boring to start with, there was no suspense no thrill not anything to look forward to. The relationships between the characters made no sense they developed from 0 to 100 in a second and didn't feel organic. Also so many things didn't make sense to me regarding the technology developed on this story. The villian was someone who wasn't given a proper context and I think a backstory was really needed to understand better how the villian came to be. Honestly I was pretty disappointed with this one. I finished this hoping to see a big reveal at the end but got let down once again. The first 2 episodes were good but everything went downhill after that and don't get me started on how they underused the only good character they had, Okabe.
I'm not sure if my opinion is related to me watching this drama 4 years after it was aired but I have to disagree with so many comments that this is an outstanding drama. Don't get me wrong this one is good but definitely not the best drama out there, this drama mainly survived due to the amazing cast but there was barely a plot to make this run for 20 episodes. The villian started strong but he washed out really quickly so he barely represented a menace half of the drama. And the love bits where really unnecessary. Had fun watching this but I don't think I'll watch this again.
I agree with you, I also don't know why this has such a high raiting. For me there was no plot at all and the 3 leads were not really likeable. Honestly the only character that did it for me was Okabe and had so little screen time. I had the same issues like you with the romance between Aoki and Yukiko and also no chemistry for me between Aoki and Maki. I also had to fast-forward to finish this. And I stayed until the end because I thought there would be a big reveal regarding why the inspectors died while watching Kainuma and also that they would explain more about the 28 murders but was really left down. Well everyone has a different opinion but I'm surprised how many people loved this so much.
I started this after Study Group because there were several comments saying this one was better but as a matter of fact the genre is totally different so I wouldn't compare them. The only common point is the bullying theme but that's about it. Weak Hero Class is a dark drama to begin with, it was a tough watch because it kept spiraling into tragedy. The story was well made that I just binged it in one day because I kept intrigued about what else was going to happen, though it did left me sad after finishing it .
Nice drama, the main couple was quite cute and I pretty much liked their story. Loved the brothers story, it made me shed some tears. I couldn't care less about the secondary couple, their story and scenes stressed me out so much. Overall it was a good drama but the final two episodes were kind of weak and I felt they that it ended on a flat note.
It started so well and then it went through the totally expected road. Everything became sooooo predictable and it ended just as how I expected to, no surprise at all!
The writer just used all the plot twists I have ever seen in a manga story here so honestly nothing new to see here.
Also the fact that Ena told the psychiatrist all about the cases when it's totally forbidden for a police officer to share details of an investigation and what about the psychiatrist becoming friends with her, that was also so unprofessional on her side.
