Are you kidding me?!! Throughout all this drama I never got the feeling that Miki really got what really meant having a child. Since the beginning it felt that she was having romantic illusions about it, like raising the child together with Kiri-chan loving each other forever and such. At first she wanted Kiri-chan to tell her she could have the baby and raise it but when he said no she still decided to have it and at that moment I was hoping she was going to really take the responsibility by herself but instead she kept hoping for Kiri-chan to come back and she and her family kept informing him everything that was going on with the baby. After all that it was expected that Kiri-chan felt the need to be part of Miki's and the baby's life and then both came to this absurd conclusion of wanting to get married. You're 14 and 15 years old! How can they really think that love at that age is real and eternal love? They were being really naive about everything and I just wished their parents have let them be by themselves for a few months or such so they could start to understand the reality they were going to face and how life is not as easy as they thought.
And it's not like I'm saying she shouldn't have had the baby, but I was hoping the drama really gave us a Miki that really understand the weight of that decision and that we get to see her going through and overcoming real hardships. I wanted her decision to be something based on reality and not in fantasies. This drama was a real let down for me and I don't recommend watching it at all!!
Reading all the comments here I might be the only one who thinks this but I really wished this story had take…
I wished Kurumi ended up with the president and I had my hopes up specially at the final episode. The way she ran when she received the message from the president that he was leaving made me think she finally realized she never stop loving him. After all she was always encouraged by his advices and he was the one that understand her the best. For me that was true love, the way he supported her and was there for her. I understand many will say that the way he left at the beginning without telling her was a deal breaker but I don't think that was totally the case since he kept thinking about her I mean he sent the packages to her (by the way what was inside those packages?)!
Not really sure what the plot was here or if there was really a plot. I got really confused because it wasn't a slice of life kind of drama, it wasn't a suspense drama, it wasn't a corruption drama, it wasn't any kind of drama. I watched this since the people who watched Stranger said it was as good but if I'm honest I was disappointed. So if you're here hoping to see something as good as stranger please reconsider your decision.
Once again I'll say this: this drama could have benefitted of less episodes, I think 16 episodes would had been perfect. It had a great beginning and ending but the middle kind of dragged. Also neither of the 2 FL were likable at all. Detective Moo Chi was awesome! It was a nice discovery to found that actor and that role. Lee Seung Gi also gave us a different performance, one we were not used to see. We did see some of the plot twist coming from miles away and that's why the drama needed a faster pace but overall it was an entertaining drama and at least the writer this time left the craziness at the middle and not at the end like she sometimes do.
I think this drama's plot was not as connected as it should since they had two story lines (the serial killer…
I do believe bad luck happens like the case you mention, but in this drama aside from her having bad luck, that bad luck involved the 4 "villains" of this drama so what are the probabilities of that happening? I know this is a drama and everything is "fantasy" but I can't help but feel tricked when they wrote all this "coincidences" just to help build the mystery of "who did it". I don't think they needed all this to build a good mystery. But that's just my opinion. Also I didn't really undertood the time line of the accident. She was hit by the car and the serial killer saw it (or was Chang Jin lying when he said that?) Then Chang Jin arrived (because Jin Ho called him or because he was passying by?) Then he did nothing with the body and left and the serial killer remained hidden watching. After some time (??) Park Jung Je runs her with her car, calls his mom who arrives and then calls Chang Jin and then he arrives. All this is still being witnessed by the serial killer. And then Jung Je leaves with his mom and Chan Jin moves Jung Je's car and that's when the serial killer (by some unknown reason) stole the body. Is all this how it happened?
Not really what I was expecting but it's totally worth the watch just to see Yeo Jon Goo's acting. He is without…
I think this drama's plot was not as connected as it should since they had two story lines (the serial killer one and then the one of who killed Yoo Yeon). Also isn't Yoo Yeon the woman with the worst luck on this world?? I mean she fought with her boyfriend, then she was attacked by a serial killer, then she was hit by a car, then she was run over by another car and finally her dead body was kidnapped by the serial killer just to be buried in her own house later, all this in one night!! Are we supposed to believe that there is the sligthest chance for this to be possible?? They created this ludicrous storyline in order to involve almost every character in this drama in the accident, so we were confused about who the "villain" was and who killed Yoo Yeon.
Not really what I was expecting but it's totally worth the watch just to see Yeo Jon Goo's acting. He is without a doubt a great actor and I'm glad I have been able to see his growth since his chold actor time. More about the plot in the comment since it will have spoilers!
One of my favorite dramas of the year so far!! And one of my favorite romantic couples with Hikaru and Sora. But also a great mother-daughter pair!! And why not, I was also fond of Aoi & Gon-chan's relationship, I mean their childhood friendship and love was so meaningful. I will highly recommend watching this drama if you haven't, because is on of the gems of this year. I'm crossing my fingers for a special were I can get more crumbs of Hikaru & Sora's relationship!!!
It was good but it could have been great if they hadn't dragged the "last boss" soooo much, at the end I was just…
Like when he almost got him at the orphanage and then the kid stopped him, how could that little boy pushed Mun? And why didn't he just put him to sleep quickly so he could finish summoning the spirit? Then how they let Hyang Hee escape in the car, they could have stopped the car easily but they didn't. After that the way they kept letting both Chunf Shin and Hyang Hee escape over and over again was nonsense and was just dragging the last battle until episode 16. They had a great plot but I think it was not worth 16 episodes so they could have easily fit this into 12 episodes and it would have been an excellent drama.
It was good but it could have been great if they hadn't dragged the "last boss" soooo much, at the end I was just rolling my eyes with every excuse they made to drag his defeat. I will still see season 2 if it ever gets made because I liked the chemistry between the 5 counters.
They hinted about having a second season, but I really wish they don't do it. This started really good, the first case they worked together as swindlers had a great plot and was really well made, but from there on it went downhill. It such a shame since they had great cast and great chemistry.
I postponed watching this because I knew I was going to suffer and indeed I suffered and cried so much watching this but it was totally worth it . Mana-chan was just amazing in this!! I can't believe it was her first drama and to be able to convey that many emotions at that young age is just incredible. This would have been a 10 if they could have given me just a liiiitle bit more of their future.
Does the Korean version give more details on their future?
Although there were some questions left unanswered here and there the story kept me glued to my sit and I couldn't…
The questions I was left with are:
- When did Eun Ho called Young Jin? Or if he didn't call her who call her? - What did Sang Ho said to Sun Ha before attempting to kill her? - Why did Eun Ho suspected the principal in the first place of being his real father that made him stole his toothbrush? - How did Ki Ho find the recording at the end? Where was it? And what was all that secret code about?
Although there were some questions left unanswered here and there the story kept me glued to my sit and I couldn't stop watching. The story was really intriguing and also the characters were really well written that you really cared about them and their stories. Also there was great chemistry among them. I highly recommend watching this.
This drama.was worth the watch only due to the bromance. The love story was not believable at all, there was no chemistry and above all of it was a "you love her/him because she/he is the reincarnation of your true love". I mean she was in love with him in episode 3!! That at least could have been believable if she had the memories of her past life but she didn't and she loved her because she was the reincarnation of the love of his life. And you know I'm just tired of every drama talking about how you can reincarnate with another face but coincidentally they ALWAYS reincarnate with the same face as their prevoius life. And don't get me started with that ending because it had soooo many unexplained things that it was just a bad joke. Again this drama was worth the watch due to the brothers relationship and interactions. Kim Bum was great here and I still don't know why doesn't he get main roles.
