He sounds dubbed in the trailer. I recognise the voice actor but can't remember from where XD
I feel dubbing is very common in Chinese web dramas! I know that dubbing is normally less expensive and requires less work than direct voice recording! Dubbing doesn’t require the production team to filter out unnecessary noise on the set! Actors and actresses don’t have to worry about their accents or their voice acting! To me, it’s a big letdown, but what can we do about it?

I think if everyone is dubbed in a project, he can’t be the only person who gets to keep his own voice! I give him all the benefits of the doubt in this world!

Yes, the summary was updated recently! The new summary emphasizes on both male lead characters and the female lead. But I think Allen Ren’s screen time is more!
