I didn’t see much chemistry between the two leads early on! I think the story and their chemistry only pick up from ep 13. It was such a pity that I just started seeing them nice together, the script asked him to kill her!

From what I have watched so far, I believe there shouldn’t be much romantic vibes between the two main characters. At the beginning, LAF once said “you’re just a child” and he has treated her that way. He has not realized his romantic feelings for her. The evidence of this is that he didn’t understand why he got angry when she didn’t offer him her cakes. Having said that, I think there should be some hints of chemistry, which there is none! I believe the problem comes from acting. While JT could communicate with his eyes, his communication gets shut down by YCY’s no emotion look. Hence no chemistry! I feel sorry for him! At some points, I felt like he was the one, who fell for her, but she had no feelings at all. The role may be too big for YCY to handle!

Since the first episode till now, the story has picked up but very slowly! Although I like seeing Jeremy’s high and mighty appearance as LAF, I totally agree with you on role! So far, it hasn’t required much from his acting skills. His screen time has also been very limited! I feel as if LAF thinks of CZ as his companion not as a love interest. If it continued, it would be a waste of Jeremy’s skills!
