There was no rape taken place actually. The acquaintance barged into the private room where Lmk and the girl was hanging out and drinking and the acquaintance molested her chest. The acquaintance came into the room After Lmk and the girl had finished their skinship. The acquaintance's dna was found on her bra. They were all pretty drunk and she didn't know who the civilian was. After the police summoned everyone in for questioning and dna profiling with the underclothing she brought in for evidence, she changed her statement on Lmk stating there was no coercion in their skinship (no intercourse taken place) with Lmk and that she fully consented to. According to the police, the victim's statement on the acquaintance assault had been consistent.
At the end of the day, Lee Minki's dna was not found on the victim's underclothing and he wasn't even indicted after the prosecution's investigations has concluded.
