Because that’s exactly what it is lol. They got all these big names bc it’s gonna be a subpar drama + it’s produced by Netflix not even an sbs drama so it’s bound to be shit.

Finished my rewatch and I still love this. Sure the whole time travel plot is a mess full of inconsistencies and plot holes but that's expected with almost any time travel kdrama. Loved the characters and atmosphere overall.

Very deserved award for the child actor imo, he stood out to me as the best performance even if he was there for like 2-ish episodes.

Plus what's wrong with shitting on shows that haven't premiered yet? it's obvious when they're going to be bad or good just looking at who's behind the production + the actors. Same way people praise tf out shows that haven't aired yet is the same way I'm allowed to shit on them. So unless you have something of value to add to this argument stop chatting.

one of the worst shows I've ever laid my eyes on. Super cool premise for death games but the manga does an infinitely better job especially when the acting here is pretty abysmal. Amazing production tho.

Eh their track record is impressive in terms of the successful dramas they're behind but I don't think they're all that good. Alchemy of souls is really popular on here and I thought it was terrible. I think their best work has been the master's sun by far. So yes I do agree that they know how to create super engaging entertainment (even if I personally am not a fan) seeing as a lot of their dramas are popular.

The hong sisters are just washed up hacks who can't write for shit. It's amazing how almost every female character they write is so shit and bland only there to chase the ML.

Except it does make it mediocre lol especially if you have reasons as to why you think the drama is mediocre. With your logic then almost no drama is mid because "it's not for you" I think a drama like flower of evil is garbage and I can explain why I think that way. So yes I think it's an extremely cheap cop out answer to say "this drama isn't for you" just because you didn't like it. It deflects from any criticism.
