I usually don’t leave reviews, because I’m not great at expressing my thoughts, but this drama? I had to share my feelings.

TL;DR: From the first episode, you’ll be hooked. If you’re into shows that hit you with ALL the feels—intense medical drama, plot twists, emotional moments—this one’s got it. But it’s way more than just surgeries.

I binge-watched the whole series in one sitting (barely took any breaks) and finished it in a day. Honestly, I’m already wishing for a season 2 lol.

The cast? Straight-up fire. Every actor brings their A-game, and the balance between them is just chef’s kiss. You’ll get so invested in these characters. The whole crew has such a great dynamic, and I can’t get enough of it. BIG shoutout to Baek Kang-Hyuk (played by Ju Ji-Hoon) — he killed it with this role! Seriously, he nailed it.

The medical drama? Legit. We’re talking life-or-death situations, emergency surgeries, and moments where you’ll be holding your breath. But here’s the twist—the show doesn’t just focus on saving lives. The drama digs deeps with senior high-ranking doctors who has thisold mentality and all that drama

And can we talk about the surgery scenes? They felt so real. I was literally holding my breath, and one scene even made me feel a bit nauseous because it was THAT realistic.

Long story short: 10000000000000/10 from me. This might be my K-drama of 2025! Of course, there’s a chance I’ll find something else later in the year, but for now, I don’t think anything’s gonna top this.
