I watched through the raws. It seems like they have a child (which I don't know if its his or not) and it seems to get better. Then one day he's walking with his daughter when its raining and sees his wife in the red dress again (meaning she's still fucking random men). He then seems to flee with his daughter to an island, but then at the end he greets his wife who has come. It was confusing honestly.
