I'm really enjoying this drama! I haven't watched the movie yet and I won't watch it , not to spoil myself. I…
As of now, only episodes 1 and 2 are the same as the movie, episodes 3 and 4 went in a different direction, so I'm sure the story will eventually change from the movie.
This is easily becoming one of my favorites. The story has been constantly good, and they are giving us time to process everything and learn more about the characters. It's not easy to keep a good pace but '18 Again' is doing a great job at it.
Episode 2 subs are a mess on Netflix?? Hmm or I failed to grasp it? I mean its confusing like I'm reading a manga…
The subtitles are out of sync for most of the episodes, yeah. If you don't understand Korean or the basics of it might be hard to tie everything together, Netflix should fix that.
Like, what was all that about the armpit hair, why would tying it solve everything? And wtf is "cushion hunting"…
The 'tying' of the armpit hair was due to the other lady saying that the octopus were attacking the hair of the students, since the hair from the male student didn't fix anything (after he shaved) they had to try the armpit hair. They even say before the 'surgery' that if the armpit hair doesn't work she will have to shave their genitalia hair. The "cushion hunting" was due to the them stealing the cushion, that it's said to give good luck while taking exams. Now.. the ducks, only god knows haha I found myself cracking up whenever they showed up :)
Not your taste? Acceptable, now calling something garbage because you don't like it, now that's another level…
Not sure if you noticed but I replied to a lot of comments in this comment section, this wasn't the only one. The funny thing is, the comment wasn't yours so I'm not sure why you're so triggered?

When did I state that I was mad? Just like they stated their opinion, I also stated mine. My age has nothing to do with what I said, so there's no need to mention it when you lack other arguments.
What makes me sad is the low ratings in here.. People watch it thinking it's another one of those 'romance' dramas and don't even give it a chance. This drama is not for everyone but rating it low without even watching it fully it's just not right. Plus, how many of you want to bet with me that those people watch it by skipping it most of the time, losing the essence of the story and then complaining that they didn't understand anything.. classic!

We all say it's weird, but a good weird.
