Are we watching the same drama? Because the story is for sure going forward, we're getting to know more about the characters and why they acted the way they did. Not to mention they are doing a FABULOUS job at extending the story of a 1h30 movie (17 Again) to 16 episodes.

The first episode was 10/10. Really looking forward to the development of the story!

Those are usually couple photos, in this case two dads and their daughter. But we'll see, this is a Korean drama after all, we can't expect too much LGBTQ+ content as it is haha

Don't get your hopes up, check the photos in Ji Hoon's apartment, he might be looking at Jung Da as a friend, and not as a woman.

My guess (and it's a wild one) is that the mother was surprised by the news because she was supposed to be a secret (maybe a surrogacy) and the daughter might be interested in meeting her, reason why she went to the hospital.

Who is the man in the photos with his daughter and him? Are we about to see a gay relationship somewhere, or am I thinking too much?

Only episodes 1 and 2 are movie based 'so far'. Episodes 3 and 4 went in a different route.

It won't, because the father knows his place and is not blinded by other variants.

As of now, only episodes 1 and 2 are the same as the movie, episodes 3 and 4 went in a different direction, so I'm sure the story will eventually change from the movie.

This is easily becoming one of my favorites.
The story has been constantly good, and they are giving us time to process everything and learn more about the characters. It's not easy to keep a good pace but '18 Again' is doing a great job at it.

You will understand if you watch the movie in its entirety. He himself explains it!

If it does well Netflix might pick it up for a second season, it all depends on how well it's received by the public.

The series were released yesterday, if it does well it will most likely get picked up by Netflix.
