What?!!! The king was the one who ruined everything. The king opened Pandora's box. He groomed a boy (Hong Rim) and made him his lover. Then he orders, doesn't ask, orders his lover and his queen to have sex so she can have a baby. Which tells you that the king knew that his lover was inclined to like women. He was all about protecting the Queen, and when the King castrated him it drove home the fact that all he was to the King was a possession/obsession.That would make me shed a tear as I died in front of that person too.
