Started out great and then mid-way thru the drama writer (dw) must've gotten second lead syndrome or something. The dw went totally off script, so much so that she pissed off the web-toon writer, so don't expect a 2nd season people... too bad.
It got licensed on viki. Yay!! You all worked hard for it. <3
It was 100% eng subbed up to ep 21. It will take 2 wks for viki to change it from a fan channel to a regular viki licensed drama. Just thought people would like to know the time line.
I love Refresh Man,but why did they have to do that racist black face thing?I'm really disapointed :/ they really…
No East Asian countries have always liked whiter skin, even before Europeans went there. Think of the make-up Geishas used for an example: pancake white.
Watching Refresh Man (Ep 12) and went Ballistic!!! I loved this drama and just getting into watching Taiwanese…
The Most racist thing really? I find it much more offensive when Black people are portrayed as rapists, thieves, hookers, drug addicts, pimps etc., which happens Way too often in TV and movies no matter what country. Give me Black face any day of the week over that!
There's a real playfulness to this drama that I really love. Hae Jin is doing a good job, but I think Mike He would have done just as well... and there would have been no dubbing.
It didn't work for me. Sorry, why someone who's dead would be hurt that their still living boyfriend (that they deserted btw) is seeing other people is beyond me! I hope Jong Goo meets a hot bubbly woman and starts having sex in every room of his house, in his car, at her place, heck even at work -- after hours of course!! Maybe that will help Yeo Ri give up the ghost (pun intended) and go into the light...
i feel like im the only one who felt for In Ha.. i loved his character
Why did In Ha deserve everything? Ji Ho was his father's son too. The business belonged to the father, not the wife. If you're in an unhappy marriage get a divorce! The best revenge would have been to take the husband to the freekn cleaners and set up a new business for In Ha.
Cool movie about allowing people free will to make choices, and then respecting their decisions. My take is that…
I didn't get the symbolism of the seesaw and the tree of life, but I got the rest of it. I thought it was Du rea's baby because I assumed the Sang in couldn't have one for some reason. After all Mo rae and San in had been married for years and she hadn't gotten pregnant, As a matter of fact, I inferred that San in knew he couldn't have children and that he hadn't told Mo rea for whatever reason, and when she became pregnant he knew that he wasn't the father of Mo rae's baby. That's why he got angry when she says the clinic wants her to go with the father of the baby.
Maybe, but once he fell in love with the queen, he didn't want to be with the king again. In fact he gets to the point where he actively avoids being alone with the king.
