I don't understand why the police declared it as a murder though when they never found the body, they didn't mention any witness, seung joo denying the accusations afterwards, lack of evidence and the alibi cleared out because of deuk chan and his brother. When the detective said that seung joo admitted to "killing" his ex, he could've been drunk on that occasion and him seeing his hands stained in blood (which I believe is this from his back being stabbed then the blood dripped could've dripped onto her shoes) would've caused him shock and his ex told him that she would kill himself because she can't live without him so he must have guilt tripped himself into believing he is the reason for her "murder".
If the brother knew that something was up with his sister, why didn't he file a missing person report or inquire with the police before he found seung joo and hit him?
I'm also wondering if the police did any DNA test on the blood on her shoes before they used that as evidence. If it turned out to be Seung Joo's they would've interrogate him as to why he was bleeding, why was he at the beach and what happened but I have a feeling they just assumed it was eomji's and used it as supposed evidence.

The mother of doha has some major role in the murder because judging from her barefaced tone when she spoke about the body and the way her lips were trembling when she smiled. Also when they showed how offended when doha said "are u worried that I'll kill u too" cant remember the exact line, it seems as though she tried to cover up as much for her son for the sake of reputation and hearing him bring up killing again triggered her, she yelled at him then left.
this story shows Sang Yan's perspective and his love life with Wen Yi Fan, a reporter but Sang Yan's character in here is different than the one in Hidden Love
Since ff Sang Yan is polar different, I'd wanna see either Zhang Ling He, Song Wei Long, Chen Fei Yu or Deng Wei play the role since their visuals embody Sang Yan and Zhang Yuxi visual suit Wen Yi Fan and it would be refreshing to see her play such a character especially since her acting skills have been improving overtime.
