As someone with close connections to the entertainment industry, sadly these kind of celebs/the treatment of crew are the 'reality', so it's not really a stretch to say that the writers got their ideas from things that they experience on the daily :(

Rewatching this drama but I really feel like the writers just took all the instances that happen in the K-Entertainment industry and threw it into this drama lol especially the way office workers are treated, fake "nice" celebs that are actually divas and the fake brotherly/fellow member love.

Yeah and I agree with Froehlein below. It does seem that some people didn't notice any flaws in the first few episodes (which makes watching easier). I think that's also what OP (Neverland) was kinda suggesting with BLs.

I fast forwarded some parts but continued watching as I still had some hope and I agree (I haven't got as far as ep 10 yet though)

That was my first opinion of this drama, tbh I'm probably more critical because I work in TV. I've been watching dramas for a while and 2 eps is usually enough for me to determine whether I like the show or not :)

I think that the pacing is fine.

I'm watching the first episode and the directing and voice overs aren't quite right for me, plot is more than cringe but maybe it gets better? I try to watch at least 2 eps before deciding if I think it's good or not

I'm not going to generalise all the girls in Korea but I can see that this show is very Korean

I was really looking forward to this drama but I found myself only just remembering I was watching it about 2 weeks ago. I forget a lot about 99% of kdramas these days, kdramas are not the same as they used to be...
