Yes, she knew. In ep 8, during Princess Youchang's birthday, she lied that LBY had admired her for a long time. When he entered and before introduced himself, you could see a glimps of her memories from the lantern festival. Looks like she recognized his face. Later she also realized that Zisheng and General Ling are the same person.

After breaking up they met for the last time at the airport. Babi was leaving for Singapore and had Yumi's laptop. He asked her if she has a BF so she replied that she is alone and asked Babi the same question. he said that he is seeing someone but it was a lie. It looks like he wanted to let her move on and have no regrets.
