People with two failed kidneys can survive with only dialysis, it has been well documented in the past, but not for long I agree, they will still need a kidney transplant. But the timeframe she got back to Hong Kong and lived is believable. What I find more unbelievable is how Hong Kong would pay to get her back to her home, you know that is unlikely to happen in her condition.
