Watching XL and XY walk away from each other after he said she wouldn't need archery lessons felt so bittersweet. XY was just happy but XL was both happy and sad. TJC is so good with those micro expressions. A lesser actor would not be able to convey these in such fine details.

I am on epi 35 epi as well. It's not gonna happen in this season though, so it's gonna be a long wait.

I already knew this was coming but watching what TSJ's family ( grandma) did to him is so painful. Like seriously how can someone do this with their own grandson who they claim to love? Poor TSJ, he has no one in that family he call his own, except Jing Ye and the other servant...and the fact that he actually thinks he cheated on XY. No wonder he was just wasting away in the Lirong's club.

I apologize in advance as well but please keep watching further because it is too early to say this. DW really does portray the character very well. The vulnerability you're looking for, you'll find that in the later episodes. You have not even seen the more intense, emotional scenes yet.

Moreover, there could not have been a better Cang Xuan than Zhang Wanyi. He owns the character. I'd say that all the leads in the drama are perfectly cast for their roles.
