I love this drama...but I'm still super confused about the timeline of Duke of Ding being escorted to the capital and ML traveling during that time. Duke of Ding left Futing military camp for the capital to talk to the Emperor first, how did ML get to the capital before him and why was the ML "waiting" for his uncle's arrival. The ML somehow had time to go to FL's Cui Manor twice, visit his family home twice, and he also went to talk to Grand Secretary Wu right after they held court with the Emperor, which I'm guessing was in the capital. If the ML could make the distance to talk to Grand Secretary Wu in the capital, enact his plan with court officials about what to say about his uncle's situation, talk to his mom, in a few days, why did Duke of Ding take so long to be escorted to the capital to speak to His Majesty? Why did he have to go on boat, if he started on horseback?
