I think the original one extended the story too much, and it became a makjang, so I disliked it. Unless they will change the story, I think Netflix is just being greedy on the hype. But it's my opinion, if it's out, I'll watch it lol (I'm too lazy to search for dramas, so I always end up giving in to the Netflix ones) And of course there is the chance that this one will actually be really good
They seem to be in a toxic love-hate relationship. They are like me and this boy I knew. We were competitive between ourselves and we always wanted to be better than the other. But it was like âI donât want you to fail completely, I just want you to be slightly inferior to meâ. So, yeah, they wonât last. Or they shouldnât last.
Huihyeon & Jeonghun
He loves her, she doesnât. Or her love is already âsettled downâ, in the sense that she doesnât show it that much anymore, because it became a âdaily taskâ instead of âloveâ.
Taewan & Hyeyeon
He likes her, but it seems to be âI like you because you are elegant and prettyâ instead of âI love youâ. And she likes him as an accessory. She wants more fun.
Dohyung & Jiyu
They seem to have the greatest chemistry, so I was shook when they told their story. What she did to him was pretty douche. It has obviously traumatized him too much. I really hope she gets to apologize properly and repent, because when they told their story, she was like âoh then I stopped thinking it was my faultâ. Even though he wasnât the best boyfriend to her, her attitude was extreme.
Dohyung and Hyeyeon could be nice friends instead. Huihyeon felt excited because Hyogi was 'something new', but I don't think they suit each other, his job is even similar to her boyfriend's past job. Jiyu and Jeonghun seemed to have a nice interaction, but it felt kinda forced ngl. Yunseul won't be able to get along with anyone, she is too shy and/or to focused on her boyfriend. Hyogi just wants to show Yunseul 'look I can have other people as well' imo
Am not really into melodramas, just decided to check this out because of the high ratings. I liked Jung Hae In…
Hae In has potential to be a great actor, we can see in D.P. where he was outstanding. But he needs the melo bland characters, otherwise there is no recognition
Hee-do was too much for Yi-jin. He couldn't even communicate. How dare he just leave like he didn't have any responsibility? Trauma or not, he was an adult. He had responsibility. He should have talked to her before leaving like an asshole. But no, he just said 'I'll be there for the New Year, ok?', then disappeared and suddenly she hears from a third-party that he applied for a permanent job in New York. Even though they talked later, even though it's ok to prioritize your career over a passing fling (that's what Hee-do was in the end), it was still a jerk move.
Had to drop my rate because I noticed that they didn't explain the robbery case. The student saying 'you can do anything with this costume' doesn't necessarily mean that the student did it, so they missed out.
But it's my opinion, if it's out, I'll watch it lol (I'm too lazy to search for dramas, so I always end up giving in to the Netflix ones)

They could have tried a little more. Maybe send him to therapy or smth
