I also saw the tweet about the kissing scene, but the main point I took away from it was 'This is just showing 2 people loving each other'. I think the author wanted to say that a person's defining point does not have to be whether they have a disability or not, and their every action does not have to be prefaced by their disability. I think the tweet is suitable considering the kiss scene directly followed Youngwoo's comment about how people do not want to label their relationship as love because of her disability. And it's true that the writers/ actress are trying to portray Youngwoo's character in a way that is more easily digestible for the wider audience, but I think it's also important the people can see disabled people beyond what their obvious symptoms are, for example cute or smart in Youngwoo's case.

As for the 'green flag' saint Junho, I think the drama is also trying to directly address this point. All of Junho's friends label him as nice because of his relation with Youngwoo, which caused Junho to get in a fight with them. It's also really interesting how episode 10 included the exact opposite scenario where the defendant was labeled as a scumbag for being with a intellectually disabled person in a sexual relationship. Lot of gray areas here.

All in all, it's hard to have every audience react in a way that the drama writers intended for the response to be, but I think they've done a pretty fair job in representing the different ways in which people react to the disabled within the drama, whether it be prejudice, hate, sympathy, or love.
