The ratings you've mentioned is for SK, right? And if I'm not mistaken, koreaherald is an SK's English-language daily which cater news internationally. That's why, I don't think the argument of "SK ratings dropped because koreaherald's article" is valid. There's no clear correlation between those two.

•"devotion": TE abandoned her father and all people around her just to be with LG
•"love": olive BBQ chicken XD

I suggest you to read the reviews, not just look the ratings. You'll see some reviewers admitted this show has many flaws, but still give 10 on each category lol

I remember there's a song played in the background when TE met LG in bamboo forest. She cried and the lyrics was "please don't cry". It's rather comical. The song was good but they didn't put it on proper scene. I squirmed during that scene lol

For last remark, I have to say that this is the worst drama I've ever watched! This drama let people theorised about complexity like a fool, but at the end what they've showed was a load of crap.

Usually, I would've forsaken this kind of drama since long time ago, but sense of camaraderie when interacting with people here makes me stayed until finish line. So, thank you everyone.

And to think some people belittled others intelligences just for this drama...

I thought the same. LR's blood practically all over the flute, didn't know how LG could use that. Maybe after the "owner" die, it's RESET again. LG could put his blood then lol

• Actually BGM during sad scene was beautiful, but I always felt something was off every time it was played. Now, (finally) I realise the music always gave me "Winter Sonata" / "Autumn in My Heart" vibe, which usually used in melodrama. It's not really befitting to portray our main leads "sadness" because they showed shallow romance and no deep connection.

• The Parallel world concept became shallower than ever. As long as our main leads can be together, just forget the rest:
- Only LG, TE, and JY who retained their memories
- Every TE's doppleganger practically lived in the same house (?). They just had different jobs and (maybe) family situation. It's as if TE was doing cosplay in front of her house LOL
- Yoyo boy? Who cares! He basically everywhere. So, what? This revelation hardly explained anything to us.
- Our lovely couple enjoyed leisurely picnics during weekends by using manpasikjeok. Like seriously? Nothing more beneficial for this flute?

• FINALLY, they gave us date notification LOL

Eventually our main couple showed some real chemistry, even thought it's rather baffling because ep 16 seemed like a new and different drama for me. Ignore ep 1-14, turn to full romance since ep. 15, and this is what we got for ep 16. Great. Wasted time, wasted characters, wasted villains, wasted arcs...

• I think between viewers, there are many more talented scriptwriters than KES. Haha

p.s. Still insist we need to pay full attention for every single episode to understand everything?
