She also needs to reflect on herself for misunderstanding him and not listening to him when he was taken in for assault that there was a knife on the scene, just bcuz he is rich spoiled dude

I would've just clicked it and face the consequences later even if it meant to die. rather than choosing who's right, she could actually create a favourable situation for her to keep both of them away from her and win it all at the same time.
