It's ok. Some people like slow stories. Some like it fast. Like in the movies, where the whole thing happens in 2 or 3 days, and they fall in love,.., marry, have kids. 😂😂😂 It's unrealistic, but we all love those movies.
And yes, xiguang and cousin scenes were fun. I liked it. It felt nice.
What was it that you found annoying after they got together?
Now after a week, i feel like, the story could have ended right there in about 28 or 29 episodes.
I think I just simply lost interest in the romantics after that. Because they got together u know. I think I lost interest after that party.
There really wasn't anything significant anymore. They really didn't need to bring that college lover and create a scene. I felt like, what's the point of watching that scene. So i skipped it. Then the scenes with that other cousin guy taking ceo position and making some deals with xiguang aunt. Those things were insignificant. They really were not necessary. I didn't care if lin became a scientific researcher anymore. All those scenes were unnecessary. At least that's what I felt.
It's a romantic show. These things are unnecessary. I liked all romantic scenes until that birthday party. After that, i felt like, there's nothing that's gonna stop them from loving each other. Then the scenes after that weren't interesting. I think that's why I started skipping scenes.
They both are good actors. I like them both. One of the best romantics I've ever seen. For some reason, that scene after his friend's wedding, her friends find her and talk to her. That's when he walks up the stairs and she runs down to him. That scene and that music, both of their faces in that scene, it's stuck in my mind. I keep rethinking that now 😂
I like Xu Dan Zhu . I've seen 5 of her shows. Then 3 days ago, this singing show came in my YouTube feed. I don't know Chinese but I ended up watching sisters make waves reality singing competition show just to watch her 😁. I can say that I like 4 or 5 songs from all the episodes. Xu Dan Zhu is the best ❤️❤️❤️
So i watched this show recently. I loved it very much. Both actors are very very good. Xing Zhaolin and Xu Dan Zhu. My first cdrama.
Xing Zhaolin's character has real personality growth. In the first half, he was annoying for simple silly stuff, but reasonable for important stuff. It made me hate the character. Then in the 2nd half, he changes character. It was believable. His acting is just that good.
Xu Dan Zhu's acting was so good. I actually love the actress. Like, the way her face changes it's expression when he calls her name. It was so good. I told my mum. She watched the series. Now we both have a new fav actress. 😂😂. I rewatched the show to see her scenes.
The thing is, this show is an extended remake of the Tamil film Priyamaanavale 2000. I think I watched the movie around 2007 or 8. Like 3 or 4 times. It's always on TN. So I know the story. But I liked this show. Good acting. Good screenplay. Xu Dan Zhu is the best. ❤️. The other actors were good too. Like the sister, friend, ex. That friend actor was better looking 😂

It was my first cdrama too. But honestly, i loved the show. Except for the last 2 episodes. It was annoying. But ok. I loved the first half. 2nd half was nice but not as good as first. 🤷

I only watched Cute Programmer. She's a very very good actress. I only watched the show for her character. The way she expresses everytime he calls her. U can see the excitement in her eyes. Her love for him. That's why I watched the show completely. Also she's so pretty. I think I can rewatch the 1st 15 episodes any number of times. The ending is okay. Typical. Could've been better.
