eun yu probably turned into a neohuman like eunhyeok during the ending scene. in ep 6 where eun yu first started showing symptoms, she told hyunsu that if she changed like eunhyeok (possibly into a neohuman), she wants hyunsu to help her relearn everything - including emotions, memories etc. (things that eunhyeok seemed to have lost after turning into a neohuman himself)
