I think it would be interesting to have an early-mid way case be a 3-4 epsioder (instead of the classic 2), and…
Not to say that this show is incredibly realistic by any means haha, but I just mean like you could plan and research things perfectly.. but when it comes to the action, things don't always play out how you want, no? And yk what they say, ''There is always someone stronger and smarter then you'', etc.
Don't get me wrong, they explored this with the split in S2. And i really like the way they handle this show - but i'm just a bit worried after a certain point, it could become repetitive/predictable and slowly start to take away some of the allure, even with all the different types of cases. That is if they plan to make many seasons of it.
Apart from me selfishly wanting a bit more shine on some of the great villain actors, thats why i also thought it could be good to keep us on our toes. Then we never really know which villains apart from the main ones of the season, will push our main cast to their limits.. and what the effects of that could be.

I did some digging after reading some other comments, and I actually came across the casting lineup for villains. There are some interesting picks. Especially for episode 15-16, so i'm curious to see how and why they are the main villain, if true. The villains we've got already have been pretty grandiose.
As for the military plot, people are speculating that it could be episodes 11-12, since there is no villain listed for those episodes. But we'll just have to wait and see, it could be another surpise
Always satisfying to watch bad guys getting conned and beaten at their own game. One thing I like about this drama…
I think it would be interesting to have an early-mid way case be a 3-4 epsioder (instead of the classic 2), and the bad guys actually win really dominantly by the end of the 2nd epsiode. Almost as if the villain outplays the outplayers for once. All of this to show a tiny bit of realism and character growth, knowing that not everything goes perfect in the end all the time. Then by the end of epsiode 3 or 4, the taxi drivers get a huge win in the end.
It would be even better if it wasn't the main villain of the season, to make it less predictable.
I know we've kinda had something similar in a way, where the crew actually split up for a while. But i'd like to see them get tested more here and there surpsisingly by a villain. It adds more tension to all the cases in the end, because then we know not every villain (apart from the main one of the season) will get outplayed straight up.
he did not agree to participate, after receiving so much hate
Aren't they going of off a completely new story for the new season? (They covered most of the actual written story in S1?) So if that's the case, there is a chance.. but just depends on what they'd have in store for him - and if he'd even want to do it
They probably aren't explaining things yet because it might be premature. They are setting things up for more…
Ohh I see what you mean now. Fair enough. I actually wouldn't of minded more questions being answered too - but I guess we'll just have to see how things plan out from now haha
They probably aren't explaining things yet because it might be premature. They are setting things up for more…
Yeah, I'm not disagreeing with you, but that's what I mean though - I think they are saving explanations like Wook's crazy dreams, for later down the line. Even he himself questioned it in dialogue. Same thing for things like Captain Kang still being stuck there.. I just don't think they want to tie up all explanations into one big reveal - but more so slowly give us information here and there over the seasons, whilst keeping us on our toes with new questions.
Like I said before; imo they are going to make more then just one future season at this rate.. so that's only really one of the ways they could do it. If they gave us answers to every question like that, there would be no mystery or suspense anymore = less chance of any new seasons... + any new question brought up, would probably have some form of answer ready for it then at that point.
This season wasn't that interesting compared to the earlier season. This season they overused the emotional plot…
I said this on another comment.. but do you not think they are doubling down on the questions for a reason. Why would they have every question answered this season, to take all the mystery away from future seasons?
Sure, maybe it wasn't done in the best way.…but imo, they are not stupid - and doing it on purpose to drag it out for specific reasons, for later seasons. As well, I think they are doing small hints/world building, to not only set it up for a season 3, but many more past that.
Gonna give this an 8 instead of an 8.5 cause they didn't explain anything lmao, on the contrary they just added…

i loved his little cameo at the end of missing: the other side season 2, i really hope they do another season…
I mean it's literally 100% guaranteed that he will be in it - they set it up for another season too. It's just a matter of whether or not, they get the green light to do a season 3.
Never care about ratings about airing dramas. Most people who vote don't even actually watch. I know, this is…
I've known about how people do the whole 'weird ratings while airing' for years now, on these kinds of sites - and never usually comment on it, nor take any notice - since like you said 'It always evens out later'. However, it's rare that you see such a big drop in ratings like this.. and for a show that truly doesn't deserve it. (So far).
Hopefully it evens out sooner, rather than later though haha.
This rating is ridiculous lol.. we are only 4 episodes in as well? I wish they locked ratings until after the show completed airings.
I understand it dropping a few points, as there are a few things that can put it down - but from an 8.9 to an 8.0 (soon to be 7.9) in a matter of days for NO REAL REASON.. is so stupid. The way people rate shows on here, can be so toxic lol..
If anyone is thinking about watching this.. do it! It's worth an 8.5+ rating as a minimum so far imo.
The format of this show could essentially be endlessly repeatable (including twists, etc) if they really wanted

Just my 2 cents
Maybe its fake news. Guess it's just a waiting game
Why did he get hate.. when he was literally playing a antagonistic character lol?
