MJ knows that the others are a little unhinged and he and Lady Eom lets them do stuff as long as it doesn't ruin the plan or draws too much attention to them. 2 of them already got killed for doing that. Like they can mess with JW, say that they'll kill him , look in his room and so on, but they can't hurt him since MJ wants him to become his number 2 or whetever.
