The new director is why I'm so excited about this project. During the 2nd season of HP the PDnim was clearly tired…
Idk that he was tired of it. Its pretty difficult to gauge with season 2 because covid messed things up in production. Thats why some characters show up less and things got a little rushed. Everything got a little jumbled at that time.
I am very curious to see how this drama will pan out once it comes out. Hopefully it will be similarly as good as HP, but considering its a completely different director and writer I am slightly skeptical.
I know this review is literally 3 years old lol but I just wanted to add that I think part of the reason why some characters didn’t get to show as much was because of covid. They had to work around it and I’m sure it wasn’t easy considering it’s supposed to be a full hospital setting of all places.
I can understand why some people think its overrated. Its not really a drama in the literal sense of the word, theres a little bit of drama but its not a show where its the main point, aka theres no plot where theyre fighting some villian or solving a mystery and its not really a romance show even though it features some. Its just life, really, which is really enjoyable when its done right like this was.
If you like slice of life, no real intrigue and just friendship, relationships and doctor stuff, youll love it, if not, you wont lol I think it deserves its high rating because it is super well done and hits right for anyone who would be interested in it to begin with.
Can someone give me hope, I’m still on episode 1 and it’s so boring, usually I give a show two episodes then…
The thing about this drama is that its very much slice of life. The main point is the friendships and relationships that develop throughout. Its not plot heavy at all, just hospital stuff. I think it can be very varied in who likes a drama like this, personally I loved it and I think anyone who enjoys these types of dramas would absolutely love it too, therefore the high rating.
I think saying she's bad at acting isn't quite right. While she isn't Kim Soo Hyun standard, she has her moments…
Her characters seem very one-dimensional to me which makes her appear stiff and awkward. I havent watched eeverything shes been in but itd be interesting to see how she does with a more interesting character
To be fair its time travel via a watch, I imagine theres some liberties that you can take with the logistics of…
I agree that its lacking in world-building. Tbh I think rom coms sometimes simplify it and create new rules and disregard old ones (like her not being able to tell the future to others which is inconsistent at best) because people often complain that time travel dramas are too confusing or too complex, which is silly because it doesnt neccesarily have to be that way.
Although I do think its alright if they want to disregard certain aspects they dont want to deal with like lets say a collapse of time that sometimes happen or the different timelines that are left behind etc.
it is really about time to end this killer story, it is dragging now
I wish they wouldnt have made him some invincible killer that cant be caught. Even without that aspect they could have kept him as a recurring antagonist and issue that has to be dealth with as she keeps time-traveling and resets him getting caught. It just feels shallow and hasnt kept its suspense.
i don't get why so many people dislike it..why does it have to be so elegant and pricey It's just a token of their…
I like it. I feel like pendants with the first letter of your name was really popular back then. Its cute either way because he thought of her when he got it .
oh look, the infamous amnesia trope with a twist....seriously, this is literally not possible for him to remember…
To be fair its time travel via a watch, I imagine theres some liberties that you can take with the logistics of it. I dont think its that strange considering what we have seen so far. We know that Sol can remember everything from all the timelines, we can tell that her grandmother seems to remember some things. It seems that memories arent exactly wiped for Sun Jae either, just hidden.
currently on episode 10 and I have to say the female lead is extremely reckless and terrible. whenever she's in…
I think its just kind of the vibe of the drama. Its annoying and over the top for some and others find it endearing. I think it would be fun if they would have made her a bit less ditzy, would have given her some more depth, I think.
But I do think theres a good perspective that she partly acts like that because of the things she has seen and been through. Seeing someone she really loves (whether as a fan or otherwise) die and then being able to meet again is certainly disorienting. By the time she goes back in time and realises it she has also decided to save him and is dead set on it, so she will do stupid things to accomplish it.
Some people are saying that Kim Hye-yoon is not a face suitable for a romantic drama. No, I don't think so. I've…
Personally I think shes aboslutely gorgeous. And besides that, I think her visuals and voice really makes her dramas stand out. Shes not another cookie cutter version actress and its nice to see.
ya know for a man who is aware that he might die in 2023, RSJ is veryyyy casual. Like my guy is ok as long as…
He has really got it figured out with that one. Instead of running away and trying to prevent what I imagine he thinks is inevitable, he just wants to live in the present with Sol, which is cute af
No matter how many time i watch ep 10 confession scene, it still makes me ugly sobbing. He has a lot to process…
I wonder what will happen when Sol goes back to the present and her past self returns. At what point will she recognise her feelings for Sunjae then, will it only be in 2023?
I am hoping that we will get an aware Sun Jae in the past and get a time-crime fighting duo, sorta like a time called you, except maybe not as complex and a better ending for them lol
I think there's a good chance that sol is gonna end up in a wheelchair again in order to save sunjae from his…
Tbh I wouldnt mind this ending. Its not ideal and obviously sucks buuuut as we saw already Sol was happy (besides a few hickups) even when she was in a weelchair.
This episode was so sad, I really hope that one day she will get the chance to tell them everything. I mean they…
Tbf I think past Sol is in the right to feel the way she does. She has no memories of Sun Jae that future Sol has. Obviously its heartbreaking to him because its a severe switch-up but really its understandable from her side, even if its harsh.
