Title Perfect Marriage Revenge
This is rated so highly on here, so I had higher expectations coming into this. The plot reveals were predictable, I felt as if this drama wasn't sure if it wanted to commit to the crazy Penthouse style makjang, or a more serious romance drama. Sung Hoon should be a male lead more often, I'm surprised we don't see more of him, he really played the down-bad, male lead well, but Jung Yoo Min didn't quite do it for me. It seemed as though Sung Hoon's character was really into her, whereas her character always seemed pretty awkward with him--which I get is half the plot, but even when she became more into him, it still was awkward. Watching this honestly felt like a self-insert drama for people to see themselves as Han Yi Ju. She always seemed to need saving, and earlier in episode 1 or 2 a character described her as a "damsel in distress" that made men want to protect her, and that's pretty much her character the entire drama.
