Tee is just oozing charisma just by standing there. Why he is so good looking, I could not blink when he is on the screen. :) Heng is also good looking but I think because of the way they dress him, the contrast just make Tee more eye-catching.
Jane Patrick's entrance with "Color Blind" playing, has so much feel in it, the vibe... I'm living for it. This episode is so good, it was full of emotion. The persistent awkwardness whenever they interact :)). I really like the beginning of the second half so far. Really hope it will keep up with the momentum.
Am I the only one who felt stressed watching Episode 6 or their whole relationship? It actually got better when Little Jane asked for that favor. I think it's a good idea because it gives them a chance to reset, take a break from each other, and reflect on how they really feel, especially Little Jane. Imo, I think Tee/Big Jane is doing better in term of performance, as for Heng/Little Jane, I don't think his acting is that strong. I'm sorry, but his crying scene just didn't deliver for me. Put is probably relocating to "Lust" :)) I can't wait for the series, I want to see how Korn and Donut played their roles in that series.
I am betting that it would be a happy ending but I am curious how they make it happen though. Honestly this BLs has everything I hope for. We have a great plot that is meaningful, sweet, gentle, passionate and angst, then the actors's performance and the quality of production and the OST ("First Light" is so poetic and romantic, it hurts every time listen to it but it still feels hopeful at the same time combined with Ongsa's voice, perfecto! It represents the story perfectly). I hoped The Edge of Horizon got the recognition it deserves. To me this series is unique compared to the current airing BLs.
The dialogue between prince Thin and his dad in this ep. really broke my heart... "I have never changed, dad... This is who I am." Phob is going to drag the sun down and I understood why he was so torn inside. T_T
Does anyone know the name of the English song that played at the end credit of ep. 10, it's so good, the same song Jay played in the car in ep. 6? What a fun ride! I'm so happy Payback was part of my summer of 2026, and I'm grateful for all the hard work that went into making this series. Min and Toptap both did such a great job with their roles, and Toptap's Jay was especially so attractive.
I like it until episode 11. Dude that's lame :)) I'll still rewatch the series till ep. 10 I think. I really like Wayu and I felt like Poom had improved since My Stand In. Up is still stiff in his expression but the good thing is Captain fit his expression more so it is easier to watch but at the same time the chemistry is not full though. Poom is the one who carries this ship. I actually really enjoy this series in term of plot and production quality, humor, Poom performance and part of Up's performance except for the last couple of episodes.
I wonder if this is the current trend in Thai BLs since I just barely get back to BLs this year. It feels like a couple of the currently airing Thai BLs I'm watching are competing with each other to include extended NC scenes (it's long...), to the point where I find myself wondering when it will end. To be honest, it felt a bit uncomfortable and distracted, I feel like I was watching gay porn.
It's not that I have a problem with steamy or intimate scenes. In fact, I enjoy them when they're done in moderation, handled tastefully, and actually contribute to the plot. But when they become excessive, they start to have the opposite effect on me. I think the plot, the actors' performances, and the other aspects of these series are enough to keep me invested without relying too much on those elements. It's just my personal opinion.
"The P'orn Supremacy". Thanks, I thought I am the only one feel this way. :)) Your review gives me laughters. So I came searching for BoatOat series after watching Knot and other couple of concurrent BLs and I thought it is a new trend this year but actually this trend in Thai BLs has started earlier. It's just I barely get back to BLs this year so very eye opening :))
oh my gosh I am so glad Phob didn't take the information from Thinnakon otherwise... I have toothache watching this episode. :)) But in a sense, Phob is dragging the sun down, which is a good thing so there will not be class or social status separation between them.
I would disgaree on the princess. I really think Ongsa has the perfect blend of beauty but not really described…
My words might have caused confusion, I don't think he likes a femboy. But the Young Prince vibes from the old mangas is a perfect description and Ongsa is killing his role.
Put is probably relocating to "Lust" :)) I can't wait for the series, I want to see how Korn and Donut played their roles in that series.
