I DNF'd this 2nd ep. I'm glad to see I'm not the only person that thought this sucked. I just could not get into it. It was so boring and the FL was annoying.

I agree! I just binged this and that was the impression I got. I see that just about everyone is saying they did not end up together but I think they did...
i really liked this! I never watched the Anime and I'm not too familiar with the story, but I had no problem following along. Binged this today. I hope there is a second season!

It is really good! My problem is I hate that I started watching it before all the episodes were added ( I hate cliffhangers). Right now, there are only 11 uploaded. I think there will be 20 total! Also, damn Hulu and their commercials!

I totally agree. I thought it was a good drama, but i had more questions then answers by the end (like did she kill Joo Oh Nam because he knew her identity, and was it the mothers guilt that caused her to go so crazy with revenge)? I will say that whoever did the makeup did an excellent job. I am going to give it another week and watch it again because I think I somehow missed a lot.

Great article! I binge for two reasons you listed... I hate waiting and cliffhangers (waiting) and I hate waiting second seasons. I am a very patient person. I have so many KDramas I am waiting for right now that I will binge when they are complete: " Little Women", "The Law Café", "If You Wish Upon Me"...hell even "Young Actors Retreat". There a bunch I am waiting for. I used to do it every once in a while, but I really started only doing it after watching the first season of "Penthouse"...I was so p*ssed off that this turned out to be 3 damn seasons! I am currently waiting for the second season of "Alchemy of Souls" before I even touch that drama!
D. O. got me into EXO because of "It's Okay, That's Love. He was awesome in that. I am a huge Minho/SHINee fan so I loved "Hwarang". There is a scene in "Hwarang" with Minho, V and another actor (I can't think of his name, I just know it ep 10) and I had no clue who V was. I may be one of the few that do not follow BTS but I was really impressed with him in this drama...
Great List! I don't know how many times I have watched "It's Okay, That's Love". I absolutely love that drama. "Naverilla" was very good too, I was not expecting where the story went, but it was handled well. I have watched quite of few on your list (thank for listing some J-Drama's, for some reason they seem to be rated way lower then K/C Dramas, and I find them just as good!), there are a few I will check out. I have never finished "1 Liter of Tears" (1 litre no Namida). I have tried but that drama gutted me, especially knowing it was based on a true story.
I don't think a second season is needed. I personally thought the first one ended fine. What about all the people that are no longer there? We are going to be introduced to 50 for new people? I may have to skip this one...

Thank you! I also found him weird. There was something "off" about his character, but I did feel for Ku Woong. She was just on my last nerve by the end of this season.
Thanks for the list. I had been avoiding "The Village: Achiara's Secret" & "All About My Romance" because of the low ratings. but I will give them a shot. I usually have an 8.0 threshold for ratings on MDL, but lately I noticed it does not seem to matter what the rating are for most of the dramas. (One example for me was "Forecasting Love and Weather"...it has a pretty crappy rating and not so great reviews. I didn't think it was all the bad!) Just a quick thought...I have been catching up with my J-Dramas lately and I noticed they 90% of them have low ratings under 8.0 on MDL...Why is that? Most of the ones I have watched are very good!
I will probably watch the 2nd season of this, but I'm not happy that will be historical. I did not like the ending (for one of the characters) in the first season. I wish they would revisit or continue that storyline for that character. Also, I am happy that at least they changed the FL for the 2nd season, because Lee Dong Wook and Jo Bo Ah had absolutely NO chemistry in my opinion!
