Not bad a movie-mostly engaging except few parts were boring and predictable. Both YAI and KHS were outstanding-their on screen mother and son relationship was just beautiful . My most memorable scene was when the mom wets herself at the shop and the son covered it up tactfully- touching!

This movie is not for those whose hear is weak. Kim Hye Soo and Kim Go Eun both were badass here. Most people mentioned Bo Gum ( well his usual naive smile and nice personality) but Go Kyung Pyo aka Sun Woo caught my attention. He's so versatile in his acting

This is an interesting drama with good acting especially Jang Hyuk and his dad . Yoon Hyun Ming deserves some credits too. I am not very convinced by the hospital/ stem cell scandal though- seems not deep enough .

Who impressed me most and will be remembered in this drama? It has to be Moon Jae Shin (YAI) and Gu Yong Ha( SJK) . Disappointed with the main leads

Last scene of episode 5 was epic- the background song, KHN's acting and PD nim's directing daebak! Didn't know KHN can act so well - no wonder he got casted to play Dongju:portrait of a poet(haven't watch this yet)

Hae Soo is supposedly 16 ,well I do hope IU's acting improves as the drama progresses. I have faith in the director though

I watched this primarily because of the director- I had already watched IRIS, TWTWB and IOIL. And I m not disappointed so far with 4 episodes in. First time watching LJG - I think he's a great actor ,will start watching his shows from now on. I have liked KHN from Misaeng - he's good choice for melodramas(his eyes are so sad here) and geeky character. My only complaint is why IU for such an important big drama like this? I don't hate her but her acting still needs lots of polishing- for me, they could have casted someone like Park Bo Young, or even Nam Gyu Ri (Cruel City) for Hae So. Too bad they could not cast Kim Yoo Jung

Disappointed with this drama- felt cheated despite a strong beginning. I really liked the idea of Yong Pal i.e. anonymous Doctor saving patients all Robin Hood style but it turned out it was only temporary. After that it became a slow so called revenge drama. The veteran's acting i.e. Chief surgeon lee was impressive , Joo Won did not have a chance to show something spectacular here unlike Good Doctor . And I hated the ending the most - so fairy tale . Will not recommend it and will not re watch it

Great movie - great cast, great acting and great directing. The movie was so engaging that I didn't even realize that I have come to the end . Yoo Ah In was amazing here - he outshone everyone in this movie. I used to watch a lot of HK gangster movies but I like Korean ones better now. HK gangster movies have gone too commercialized and stereotype.

Excellent movie with great directing, great cast and unforgettable soundtrack. Yoo Ah In truly deserves all the praises - his acting was impeccable! The last conversation between the King / father and Prince / son moved me so much that I will forever remember its impact. Highly recommended to watch

I was intrigued at the beginning and I thought such a different kdrama but then after the main leads fell in love,it became a fairy tale love story. Too many random kisses which I think to increase ratings and the plot gets repetitive -keeps reverting back and fro. Although I am curious how it's going to end but my guess is it's going to be pretty predictable. I am a great fan of Lee Jong Suk -he is great here but Han Hyo Joo felt kinda overdid her acting here.

Wow ! How can one not be impressed by Mr Lee's and Lee Bom's acting plus the chemistry among the family? It was a well written story with strong message behind .definitely not the usual highly commercial romance / rom com/ chick flick dramas
