Comfort drama
Okay I might be biased about this one but I completely LOVE IT.
Why noone told me about this before? I ended it in one day I got so invested I already miss it.
I absolutely love the fact that there’s all representation I mean bi, gay, lesbian and trans. Especially since the trans person in the series is also trans irl and they treated her so well as a character in here I feel so comfy. There’s aswell representation of parents accepting and those who don’t.
Maybe it doesn’t have much lore but there’s a lot going on, really a lot. I love the characters honestly and the cast it’s so well. It’s just really a series to comfort you. If I’d have to choose a drama I want to be in, I’d definitely choose this one < 3
It already has my whole heart and will add it on my favorite list.
Also the actors are really pretty ngl I can stare at the all day. I feel really good with the fact that Almond (Phun’s actor) is my age cuz it makes me feel even closer to this drama as they’re all close to my age, when most of the actors are much older.
Also I love the fact that it’s just so sweet without any crazy scenes, cuz they were all underage when they were filming that so there are only sweet kisses on the forehead or the cheek.
The characters are VERY well written like so much going on all the emotions out there and the acting is also SOOO good and they’re so young so it’s really surprising.
Can’t forget about mentioning about the yearning the main pair (PhunNoh/AlmondProgress) have between each other, it’s insaneeeee like yes please give me more of it. The others have it too but their is definitely top tier!
There’s also shown really well how we all need to communicate both in a relationship and a friendship too!!
If u want some comfort sweet drama after watching something heartbreaking I’d really recommend you to take your time to watch this! (Of course it has some sad moments too but overall it’s all just a really comfort drama and I’ll repeat myself over this a lot of times)
I also need to mention that I didn’t knew any actors or the lovesick 2014 ver before this so it was completely new to me. I wouldn’t say I’m biased myself because I didn’t knew them before but I kinda might be since school dramas are my favorite kind🥹
