Don't expect an easy digestive and quick entertainment movie. I did, and was disappointed. This movie has a lot of symbolism to it, and I didn't appreciate it until I watched some reviews of it. Not because they told me to like it, but they explained some parts.
"But shouldn't the movie be easily understood for it to be a good movie?" Well, not necessarily. It's like looking at an art piece. You don't just look at it, you have to use your mind to find the meaning. Don't just eat it all up like fast food.
So turn your brain on, look for meaning, and appreciate this piece of art (when you're in the mood for this type of film).
My story short: Kpop. 2010. I saw the Big Bang parody of Coffee Prince, so I wanted to watch it. I loved it, so someone on youtube recommended me You're Beautiful and Hana Kimi (and that's the story of my dp).
A bunch of years later, perhaps 2016 I didn't feel like watching so much kdrama anymore, since I had a few in a row that I didn't enjoy so much. But slowly, with "Memories of the Alhambra last year (someone on Instagram did a good job promoting it), and "Crash Landing on You" when it aired, I enjoyed two dramas in a row (thanks, Netflix). Now I have mostly watched kdramas again.
This drama isn't anything spectacular. But I feel like this drama was a nice and warm hug. Everything I want a Korean drama to be: Chemistry and romance, an out-of-this-world-element (timetravel in this case), a bit of conflict (not between the romantic interests) - but not too harsh, character development... I probably forgot something
I haven't felt Korean dramas for a while, but now I have succeeded with 3/3,5 dramas this year wohoo! This being one!
I remember this drama as okay, not something spectacular. BUT I am so glad I watched it! I keep thinking back to a lot of the scenes (especially when they go into the making of a drama and casting, so on) even years after I watched it. The ending is also memorable, I think.
There is a chance I made a similar comment a few years back, but that's how memorable I found this drama!
I didn't feel the storyline after the first episode either. But after a while, I gave episode two a shot, because why not? I liked the cast, so... And then I was hooked.
I was disturbed by a phone salesman during one of the intence scenes, so I had to friendly scold him for that xD He told me he wanted to check out the drama himself (perhaps it was something he said just to sell, but whatever...)
I love this feature!! Thank you for this!:) And this explains why there "wasn't" any evening dramas when I checked it out before reading this, haha, my mind is in Korean time
It depends what kind of drama you're looking for, I guessBut I wouldn't drop it because of what other people write,…
Understand that real life reviews are more powerful
I used a loooo g time on the first episode, but when I passed the third - VROOoooom (so if you have duties that a drama shouldn't disturb, perhaps you should postpone watching something exciting xP)
I was watching it at the start and was current till the middle, now I kinda read some spoilers ... "or people…

That being said, I really enjoyed this drama, and that says something. I haven't been enjoying the standard Korean drama for the past year or two.
RW music again when she appeared at the beauty event. That guy's reaction LMAO am I the only one who loves watching…
No, you are not alone, I love these mini dramas myself:'D These cheesy mini series give a much needed mental break since they're unoriginal (and makes it easier to focus on the actors rather than the plot)
And this I say after watching only one episode of this mini drama. So far.
Doesn't matter tbh but I'm biased towards 88 so start with that haha
Probably too late, but if you're going to watch all three of the Reply-dramas, I would watch 1997, then 94 and 1988 last. There are a couple of "jokes" that are funnier if you've seen the previous made ones first
this show was absolutely hysteric lmao. I remember how I watched it because I was a fan of Vixx and Got7 but stayed…
As for season 1, I could only find 4 episodes. If there are more than 4, episodes, it can be updated (see "edit this page" to the right of the title, almost on the top of this page).
It could also be that their appearance in the second season feels like it belongs in the first season. Ooor the never ending "watch part 1 of 5" that we thankfully don't see as often these days:P

I recommend this TV show. You don't even have to know Super Junior to enjoy this show.
