Shou, i am not sure if you are oblivious or just scared to assume, but the fact that he is whispering to Qianyu who she came back for seems he is kinda interested in her. During the voting, he looks confused of who to vote, Kong or Qianyu. If he is thinking about friendship, it wouldn't matter that much(?) I do think he wants to prod her for more clues on who she likes. It didn't help that Jerry told them it was Tao. (ughh)
She herself is not giving much clues but the scene where she and Shou had a conversation, she says he isn't observing the situation well and replied he pays attention only to people he cares for is the biggest clue she can give but also like a slap to her face. Aside from Huihui and Xiaxia, she is the girl I have been rooting for. I kinda wish they have brought back Tutu and XiYao instead.

With that talk with Pan, she told him that she likes when he approaches her and she’s not the type to open up and needs more prodding to actually do. (Which reminds me of the moment with Xiaxia when she seemed have been moved on how Xiaxia observed her mood seems a bit down lately. Love the female friendships! To think they like the same guy, quite rare)
Going back to Pan, she thinks that he is immature compared her first impression, but chooses to enjoy herself at the moment and she said he makes her happy.
I might be wrong but since Pan is young and is open to options, like he keeps on saying there is no a right answer makes me think that if Huihui communicate to him enough on how he should treat her like she did with that talk, I think that such relationship could last of they could handle relationship matters more in this way. A lot of young couples I know often break up when they do not handle these kinds of difficult conversations well. Among the islanders, it seems like they are the only couple thinking about the future(?) but it could be because of that game that they felt that worry the most.
