The ending is actually satisfying. It is not the usual happy ever after ending but what the hell is happy ever after? They still seem to have lingering feelings and attraction to each other but it is a process. They just broke up and it is best that people shouldn't just sacrifice their innate values and ultimate dreams just to please their partner. I agree that it was dragging and it was exhausting to see them being so emotionally toxic to each other but I think that part is realistic. The characters are flawed but no person is not. It is like Interest of Love in a way, but I persisted anyway since it has lesser episodes. π
Anyway, the therapy part was really nice but I just hope they showed his progress and not just making the appointments. I really want to see therapy in dramas, movies, and books I consume lately. (Recently, I just enjoyed Fredrick Backman's Anxious People and Sascha Rothchild's Blood Sugar). Please reply me some if you have recommendations.
Also, the mothers of the leads are exhausting too, esp. Eun Beom's mother. She also needs the therapy too.
Can sb recommend me a similar drama like this π
I am also currently watching Zenryoku de, Aishite Ii kana, which is currently airing in Japan but regularly subbed by Irozoku. They are similar in that the MLs like the FLs first. Also, if you like the sweet and spicy scenes, I can only say that from the subbed episodes so far, ep 1 had already one. I am not sure of how it will go from here and I may just have to trust the poster. ππ
What's that ending and preview? the guy in the elevator is Hara's father and is filing for divorce? It doesn't help that he is holding with a girl in the hospital.
