Just finished watching, here are my spoilers for the last episode:
waah, Yongjun asked a 1:1 talk with Hyujung. If I am going to be judgemental, I bet he doesn't seem to like anyone in the house (given the duration of the show). For the final decision, he knows he'll be chosen by the 2 girls and Hyunjung will choose Junwoo. If he chose one of the girls he had a loveline with, he will be obliged to just date only 1 girl after the show. Choosing Hyujung as final decision gives him the freedom to be less committed to just 1 girl and can freely date the 2 girls or more (🤯😆) or anyone for a longer duration. Whether he's a casanova or just cautious in commitment, that is such a big brain move. But if I am one of the girls, I'll be wary of his actions.
The way Heedo & Tae-i looks out for Wonbin. 🥺And Heedo & Nayeon bringing up Wonbin in their conversation like he is their child. Tbh their fights are funny at first but if it is this constant and getting repetitive, it's just so exhausting.
unpopular opinion and i hope this isn't the case but doesn't it seem kind of scripted when the 2 catfishes are…
I think it really is considering that Wonbin mentioned about a 'performance fee'. It is not just the fact that they are paying them but because it is called Performance. I mean, if the translation is wrong, I already think it is kinda tantamount to the staff controlling what happens to the story of the show or at least guide who to pick first, just like how they guided Naeon about her enunciation of words.
If you aren't familiar how srt works, you have to download the srt file and a raw video. In this case, you can download the one from myasiantv. (it has a download button). Then open the video in VLC and go to the menu bar 'Subtitles' > Add subtitle file... then select the downloaded srt file.
wahh I'm shipping Rosie and Daniel's avatars but Julia & Daniel (the real people). Julia and Daniel's avatar doesn't have much spark lol, how is that possible I can feel that they are still have that connection irl. HAHHHAHAHA. This show is so weird and fun.
I can't with the dissonance of atmosphere between real people and avatars during Rosie & Marco. The avatars looks excited for the date but Marco doesn't seem interested at all. Like he was a casting director and not finding the right actor or sth. I thought that his avatar was so stoic but he adjusted well and seems more enthusiastic. The audacity of the instruction to look at Lia. 🤯 I just like the Marco avatar, his reactions, he got so flustered at the actions of Lia.
wahhh discovered this thru kisstvshow but Chess of subpar subs on twitter subbed this (go to reddit for the adfree links, i prefer it over kisstv). The translation notes are so relatable. This is so funny. They seemed more brazen to be goofier, since the avatar will do it for them or maybe it is their real personality. Oh my, that golf player, and his poor but handsome avatar (but I think he is kinda enjoying that personality ngl). Their reactions are so fun to watch too, being an avid watcher of dating shows, the expressions you see in a real conversation usually tamed down but here you see them giggling without hesitation and I like that. It is similar with mine. 😂
About the premise of the program is nice but I just notice some avatars dampen the personality of the real person (exhibit A the amicable psychiatrist & his avatar who can't smile 😅🤣) and others add a different type of charm. I think attraction is an important factor too in keeping a romantic relationship, but solely basing your relationship is not good. Also, imagine if the avatars fell for each other, wouldn't that be a good 'how I met your mother love story'? but also another happenstance could happen if the real person just like the idea of the person packaged in that avatar. Hmm, this is definitely a good replacement since Change Days S2 & Between Love & Friendship ended.
