Recommending the whole AIB trilogy if you enjoyed the movie, both have these games of survival that remind me that you do not have to fight your battles alone, but I truly like AIB 3 which explored more on what life gives it meaning while for OR, it is not that highlighted why they were in those game itself.

Both are time-rewind trope dramas that examines life if it was done differently. Makes you curious how different or similar you can be when you have chosen a different path in life.

If you want another dating show with glimpses of "single-since-birth" members but with an addition of chaos that is the parents being the panel to comment and react on the participants,' activities, WOKFIL is another dating show to cleanse your palate in a world of Single's Inferno. TBH, I am not confident of having real endgame couples in this one but the commentary alone from the dads makes this viewing a pleasure.

This program have the same youth feeling into it. The cast of 19to20 are of the same age literally 19 going 20 while WOKFIL has the same age group (about 18-26). The most fun in 19to20 is that there is a transition period of becoming 'adults' and most are really sincere in this. In WOKFIL, the most fun is the panel which are the parents (mostly dads) of the cast who are also known in Korean media. It is fun when they tease the fathers about their daughter or son, like, "Is she really single since birth?" and see them reacting, "what is wrong with my daughter?". It's that fun, whether this produce end game couples or not, I'm satisfied.

If the first episode of DMF was fun for you, what if instead of a friend, you see the reaction of the parents (mostly fathers)?! I watched the first episode of WOKFIL unsubbed and that's how badly I want to watch this. The fathers are known people in Korean media so the cast members are basically nepo babies. With that in mind, as early as now I do not expect a real couple in this show because they probably joined to get recognition, but most of them are really likeable that I can't turn away just yet.

If you are interested in the character of the King this was based on, Yeonsan-gun who is a historical figure in Joseon era and want to see him being portrayed in another drama, but this time, more on the melodrama genre, you might want to watch The Crowned Clown. This was also referenced by Jiyoung (the FL in BAYM ) while she recalls the future. I highly recommend TCC, just watch out for ugly crying scenes especially by the end. To entice you to watch this rather serious drama, we got Yeo Jingoo and Lee Seyoung as the royals.

If you like a school drama wherein male-female relationships are prohibited, you will like the other drama. It won't be a repetition of the plot at all since the genre is really far from each other. RNS is comedy while RBR is mystery and a lot more serious. Also, Honda Kyoya is in both dramas!

Whoa, I can't believe someone hasn't made this recommendation. Anyway, both are romance dramas involving a main lead who had experienced hearing loss. Both dramas portrayed how an acquired hearing loss affects not just one's day-to-day life but also relationships and their preference to communicate.

Despite the main plot difference, Umi no hajimari's first 2 episodes (I love ep 2 btw) reminded me of the plot of Ano Ko no Kodomo since both are about having the same troubles of unexpected pregnancy.

If you liked Kotaro, I bet you would love the Yuzuki brothers! Similarly, children from those dramas had 'lost' their family at a young age and the drama revolves around the relationships they had formed. This is what I search for a slice of life family dramat but both offers extra cuteness since the main cast are these children who are really great in acting for such a young age. I would often break a tear but the over-all atmosphere of these two dramas is warmth (and cute).

It’s similar that it had the same style of humor. Like they are people, they enjoy the same style of humor. Both are funny dramas but DFF is more romance-centered while Gaus is more centered on each office worker and their life in the office.
Gaus also has romance too btw.

Both are dramas wherein the FL pursues her dream career. In My Second Aoharu, it's becoming an architect, meanwhile in Doctor Cha, it's to practice her medical degree and to restart her medical resident course.
