The second half of the show just got plain repetitive and boring ????????♀️????????♀️
I used to admire Eun Dan Oh's character for how brave and different she was from the other heroines... but hated what the writers turned her into by the end...a pure Aigoo machine who lost her ability to think after she fell in love.
No comment on Haru...His character was honestly the most dimensional in the show to me.
P.s: The finale scene didn't make any sence either...???????? Felt so Dissatisfied for even slogging thru the episodes to get there.
I'll admit...I didn't really like the drama in the initial few episodes (1st 5 ?) I really thought this whole drama was going to be just all glitz ,glamour and fashion..Layered with expensive CGI but I was wrong..& I couldn't be more happier about it.
Even though the starting was a bit shaky and the middle was 'just okay',the last 6 episodes made up for the initial lackluster wonderfully...In fact the last 2 episodes made me cry in the end. Word of advice to all those planning to watch is just to hang in there and have a little patience...This story about FATE & DESTINY is defiantly worth watching by the end...
To people who's currently watching this kdrama, is it good so far?
So far...Im in 6 episodes deep...And the whole thing seems to be dragging as far as the story is concerned..The set and the IU's fashion is honestly the best aspect of this drama so far ????
Shin Hye Sun really HARD CARRIED the whole drama for me. I would have probably given up on this drama if it wasn't for Lee Yeon Seo's character who exhibited excellent character development as the drama progressed. In my humble opinion, Shin Hye Sun truly deserves to be awarded for her role here.
On the other hand,Almost ever other character fell short for me to such an extent that I had to wonder how the same writers that layered LEE YEON SEO's character so beautifully, came up with such 1-Dimensional characters while penning the secondary roles.
Especially Kim Dan..Honestly I'm not very familiar with L or any of his previous roles....But I found it REALLY DIFFICULT to get into the drama ESPECIALLY in the beginning few episodes because of his acting. At times it,his acting was so Overly done that he actually distracted me from getting lost into the story as a whole by reminding me that this was all an' ACT' and he is just 'Acting', if you know what I mean.
Won't really rewatch. But I'll defiantly give the OST a listen.. The ballet parts of this episode was stunning !
Things I loved about the show : -Strong female Characters -Great theme -Memorable soundtrack and background score -Good chemistry between the whole cast
Things I wished was different: The slow pace of the show overall..I ended up skipping a lot of senses towards the end because they felt a bit slow and irrelevant to the main plot.
In the end I didnt feel like I lost anything by doing so.
FINAL SCORE : 8/10 (Marked with a lot of lineancy )
At first, I was kind of hesitant to give thid ago because of all the negative things I 've been hearing about the drama as a whole...but I'm glad I chucked my concerns aside and gave it a go anyway.
Loved the couple, the secondary chracters & most importantly the plot.
The good guy was the good guy NOT because the story need a hero..But because a lot of things in his life shaped him to be that way.
The bad guy wasnt the bad guy just because the plot needed a villain but because he made some unforgivable choices that didnt allow him to be otherwise.
Overall I really enjoyed the character development the most ???? Super realistic.
Shoutout to the OST & Background Score being great too.
The Good: Realistic - Dramatic - Great Cast - Great Dialogues
The Bad: Nothing really profound..I just found the episodes dragging a bit towards the end. This could have very easily been a 12 episode drama without any hassle.
Really found it lacking plot wise and the whole thing just seemed to drag a lot unecessarly in between. And the ending was a crescendo that never came.
Overall the drama had a lot wasted potential sadly .
is it bad when I don't watch this drama due to the leading actress
She actually acted better in this one compared to BRIDE OF THE WATER GOD....
I guess you could say the main two leads in this one had great chemistry...And they were a lot of great secondary characters & an interesting plot-line that made this worth a watch.
I liked the whole the overall I just found it a bit slow here & there.
Im glad I gave this drama a chance...I hope Others will too

I loved all the secondary characters..but didnt care much for the coaches love story....forward thru that a lot
Overall an 8/10 ! Ost ????????
Loved him in Extraordinary you..His facial expressions & dialogue delivery is truly ON POINT.

But im glad I didnt drop it all together in the end...the last few episodes were enjoyable ????
Great actors + Good storyline + Lovely OST + Amazing cinematography & Background score = A 10/ 10 DRAMA *Thumbs up*
Solid storyline, Good Chemistry & Great secondary chracters capable of giving a solid performance...
The downside was that this drama DRAGGED for quite a bit between sences,so much that at times I watched it at X2 speed at times.
OST wise...Nothing really stood out to me except for the Backgroud score which was repeated at certain key sences.
Overall a lovely drama..
Would not rewatch though.
A good way to kill time if your not looking for something mind-blowing or heavy ????
