Absolutely same situation, dropped after 2nd episode. It's cringe, nothing to compare to "marry my husband".Can't…
I love both shows and am not in the it'll get better later crowd minus the first episode. ep 1 imo is super soap-ey and I always told people at least try ep 2. Imo if you don't like ep 2, then you won't like the rest of it
Telling people they need to see 5+ episodes to really appreciate a show is asinine imo. That is a huge time commitment already. not liking the first hour but trying the 2nd isn't a big ask, especially since if you aren't feeling ep 2, it's only an extra 10-15 minutes instead of ah extra 5 hours
I'm very suprised of all the positiv comments... For me it was too overdramatic and dragging. I really got annoyed watching it, so dropped it after ep 2...
A really well made drama, with an interesting story, excellent acting (Song Ha Yoon was supurb) and very nice cinematography. The pacing was good and the twists were believable. I also appreciate the effort the writers put into wrapping up all the little subplots in the final episode. The drama just felt complete and satisfying, which is something I don't always get after finishing a drama. One of the best Korean dramas I've watched this year. 9/10.

QUESTION Would wiretapping from a cell phone that's in one’s jacket or pants' pocket capture people’s voices…
I was occasionally amused by the clarity with which the tap caught LSK's footfalls and breathing. lol I kept waiting for the sound of his heartbeat and liver function, not to mention gurgling bowel sounds.
Let's just say liberties were taken for dramatic effect.
no hate to the drama, it seems well loved and well received -- but, what's the problem with every kdrama writers to always include a serial killer?? like....is that the trend now? before we have mother issues and now...serial killers in literally almost every drama even if it's romcom. some dramas can blend it well, and some are better without it.
just personally for me, it didn’t feel like that good of a show. it feels like the writer of the story completely forgot where they were going w the villain plot and dropped it altogether TWICE (attorney kwon + hanbana ceo toward the end) no justice or anything. i get the autism rep is great but i just wish the story was told better. too much time on cases that they made the real story feel like it was rushed. to have attorney kwon and suyeon romance out of nowhere was so odd bc i was really enjoying her flaming tf out of him but anyways 😐
I find it boring cos of ml repetitive controlling behaviour and the fl was always complying of all his wishes. But it's good that there's no dramatic sfl or mother inlaw. And that childhood story look quite forced.
