the way it was so hyped up when it was airing, i assumed it would be a good revenge drama but this was just boring. the actors and their talent wasted on the script and plot. the FL doesnt have a plan other than killing whoever is blamed as the murderer, blindly believing every shady character, and despite her lack of movement she's still somehow "one step ahead" of the cops. useless cops
It's obviously a product placement lol But a more logical explanation could be that she is poor and in debt because…
she has debt but still spends alot on merch and unreleased chapters of her favorite manhwa, so it might hint at her overconsumption despite being in debt
This drama was a waste of resources. I'm speechless at the pace at which it crashed and burned in just 12 episodes. The plot started out great but then fizzled out to whatever this is.
what is their age gap? and what are their ages? it says 16 years later so I'm assuming that she is in her early…
in the drama he was a middle-schooler while she was in high-school when they met. They acknowledge they roughly had 4-5 age gap, with both now in their early to mid 30s. In reality the actress Moon Ga Young who plays FL is 28 and actor Choi Hyun Wook who plays ML is 23 years old.
People say this is a healing comfort drama, but I'm 3 episodes in and something just really ticks me off. It's…
To me, FL seemed very realistic in her introverted nature and her inability to defend herself. Her character seems realistic and valid to me due to my own experience of meeting such individuals and even relating to them to some extent. In the drama, she eventually learns to find herself, finding the confidence to be herself in kindness, and defending herself and standing her ground in her own way.
i'm currently on ep 3 and having such a hard time getting over how absolutely insufferable the fml is.... the…
I felt the same but then I realised I shared the same traits and beliefs as her irl. If you think about it, those are very common and supposedly practical behaviour often observed everywhere, especially ones who live in developed cities alone. In a way, people like her learn to grow and adapt their thoughts and behaviour throughout the drama (atleast in my case).
The writers better not have a 1 year time skip where the leads don't talk to each other for a year. I hate that…
I disagree. it would be better with a time-skip with the FL healing from everything and finding herself again and happiness while the ML repents for his actions. It would give the couple to really build on their feelings and healing, instead of rushing to the ending by the forbidden white truck, and forcing FL to overlook the past pain without properly accepting and overcoming it, and rushing her overlook his actions because she is overcome by her love for him more.
Ohh my Shaylaa he doesn’t deserve all the blame, he was told do do it by others!! i loved when he shut that…
I'd have agreed with you that he doesn't deserve all the blame had he just fired her; however, he went above and beyond to create a toxic work culture for FL to get rid of her without knowing the context. It was the isolation and toxicity that eventually depressed her and made her quit, just as he had planned. The rumors probably made her seem like the mistress who tried to hit on a man engaged to the chairwoman's daughter.
Also, the ML mentioned he did not think about FL or his actions and had forgotten about it until recently. It also leads me to think his guilt only exists because of his feelings for her, that he hurt and brought pain to the one he loves now, not reflecting on his actions that hurt someone, even if it was not the FL. He is among those who caused her a lot of pain in the past.
This it can't be done the man is clearly devastated but she can't forgive that IMO it's too much he said it himself…
It's not that he sent her termination up because he missed out on a deal, but when he realised his growing feelings for her were distracting him from his actual goals. ML is practical and cold and had previously planned to fire her as part of downsizing, It was bound to happen sooner or later; it briefly got delayed due to his budding feelings for her. That obviously doesn't change the fact that he is an A-grade jerk, even when he's as sweet as he is when dating her. Even if I like seeing the couple together, I hope FL doesn't forgive him or go back.
I don't know about the message this movie was trying to convey but it hit too close to home. I couldn't stop crying the first 20 minutes into the film. It is definitely the one for you to watch if you have do or do not have a close relationship with your sweet grandma.
