There are many annoying moments.
If they decided to use references to Russia, they could at least have hired a native speaker; they couldn’t even write a note properly. It’s really embarrassing — it feels like they made a cheap drama.
It was also very selfish to abandon the child she adored so much for six months, and her husband, who went against his friend, the police officer, to protect her and accept her for who she was — while she spent six months in a cabin, leaving her poor husband to cope with loneliness. So the fact that they got back together isn’t a cause for celebration, because once again the husband made the first move. There were too many first steps on his part, as if he were the one hiding his second personality from her. As they say, the best defense is to pretend to be a victim. And putting up with the rudeness of a mother‑in‑law is considered normal, but abandoning your daughter and husband is just fine. Disappointment.
Oh, and then there’s the police friend with his sense of justice: like, “if the criminal kills again, I’ll put him back in prison, and so on and so forth” — but what do the victims, whom this criminal will keep killing, have to do with it? Wouldn’t it be better to get rid of such trash so that it doesn’t kill the innocent? No, we need to follow the law. Ugh.
