I really like the way actress Joo Sae Byuk portrays Hae Ra—as a spoiled, childish woman who is manipulative, hysterical, and not very bright, lacking both focus and patience. She is the type of person who wouldn't get anywhere in society if she didn't have the backing of her wealthy parents. A very unpleasant person, but played exceptionally well.

thank god they did not drag the whole amnesia. MMMHH ...watch now how JH's mother will try to make him stay married…
Is there no order in Korea? Can you just show up with someone else’s ID card—bearing their seal—and register a marriage?🤔

Yes, he’s definitely just a tool! 😄 No romantic feelings involved at all. But Mi Ran wants more power within the company. Whether she’ll end up being his mistress (first it was evening tea, now a neck massage) or simply a blackmailer—since she knows he was involved in the death of SJ’s father—remains to be seen.

Mi Ran is driven by the belief that Chairwoman Kim stole her life. She wants to steal Kim’s husband.
Even though Hea Ra receives shares from both her parents, Mi Ran still needs the CEO as her husband so she can become a stepmother. She cannot reveal that Hea Ra is her daughter, but as a stepmother, she could enjoy the fruits of her deception. To do that, however, she must get the Chairwoman out of the picture...

Title A Trap Called Desire Spoiler
I wonder if Mi Ran might eventually help her daughter get rid of SJ’s mother somehow. She is starting to remember…
SJ’s mom cried in yesterday’s episode and said that SJ can’t marry HR because her husband would get sad and would "cry up there." Why does she say "my husband" instead of "your dad"? Hmmm 😄

I’m really hoping that Sec’y Choi falls for ES and starts turning on MiRan to protect her. He really seemed…
Unfortunately, I’m absolutely certain that the screenwriter will have them find their way back to each other.
I would prefer for him to be punished for his greed!!🤬😂

I wonder if Mi Ran might eventually help her daughter get rid of SJ’s mother somehow. She is starting to remember things, and deep down—perhaps even subconsciously—she strongly disapproves of Yeong Hun’s daughter as her son’s fiancée. If the mother’s health were to deteriorate—with a little "help," such as pills—even Seok Jin would be forced to accept her being admitted to a hospital.

I so agree with a lot of what you wrote. I hope he does not end up with Eun Seol. In early episodes, Seok Jin's…
Seo Jjin took a couple of hits in the last episode. Eun Sool finally regained her pride and showed that she has no desire to be the "other woman." And then there’s the sudden engagement—something that previously seemed to lie in some vague, distant future.

Kang Yeong Hun probably caused the car accident himself and truck driver, now director Oh Tae Seop was paid to take the blame and was promised a brilliant future in the company after his imprisonment.

Poor Ko Eun Seol—what a father she has!

Did you see the way he beat up the ex-husband?It seems like he is already a criminal!
Exactly my thought 😄 There aren’t any girls who are a good match for him. Manager Na’s daughter—who I think would be interesting to see back in the mix—seems way too young.

OMG! You’re right! I forgot about that episode. Yeah, he’s already like a gangster. I don’t know how old he is in the series. The only hope is that he falls for a good girl and turns his life around.

Secretary Choi might remain loyal regardless of Mi Ran’s past crimes—and she could end up dragging him down until he becomes a criminal just like her.
I also wonder if there’s more to Mi Ran’s interest in Secretary Choi, dating back to their time at the orphanage. Was it just a coincidence that she hugged the crying boy—given that she’s such a calculating woman?

How significant a role do the writers have in store for Secretary Choi?
Will he remain loyal to Mi Ran once he discovers she lied about her daughter being dead?
If he starts investigating the death of his predecessor, Manager Na...
would he be okay with it if Mi Ran turned out to be the one who killed him?
He doesn’t exactly have high moral standards, so will he tell Mi Ran what he found on Lawyer Seo’s computer?
