Funny and Beautiful
I genuinely had a great time watching this series. It offers a refreshing and unexpected take on time travel, something playful and emotionally layered. What really stood out to me was how the love story was seamlessly woven into the political backdrop. It could’ve easily felt forced or overly dramatic, but instead, it managed to stay funny and heartfelt. Visually, the show is stunning. The colors are rich and vibrant, and the costumes are gorgeous. The series does try to cover a lot of ground thematically, which made it feel a bit long in places. Acting-wise, Nut was a standout. He’s just so captivating on screen, especially in that scene where he had to dress up as a woman—he looked stunning and pulled it off with such charm and comedic timing. Most of his scenes had me smiling, and his chemistry with Ping was genuinely believable. You could feel the tension, the affection, and the humor between them. Also, I like the side couple played by Lee and Aton. They were adorable together and added a sweet, lighthearted touch to the story. All in all, this was a fun, visually rich, and emotionally engaging watch. Not perfect, but definitely worth the time. I’d give it a solid 3.5 out of 5 stars.
