A Promising Ride That Lost Its Way
This series started off really well, and honestly, I was hooked in the beginning. The chemistry between the leads was believable, and it felt like it was building toward something meaningful. But then… it just kind of fell apart. The show kept teasing the big reveal of why the main couple broke up, and I was patiently waiting for that payoff. When it finally came, though, it was such a letdown, bordering on stupidity. It’s frustrating because the first half was genuinely enjoyable. The leads looked great together, and their chemistry carried a lot of the weaker moments. But chemistry can only do so much when the writing feels disconnected and the story doesn’t deliver on its own setup. Still, I can’t deny that I had fun with the earlier episodes. Overall, I’d give it 3.5 out of 5 stars.
