Once I muddled through putting it all together, this turned out to be really good. Like a favorite good. The sisters sneaking late night snacks is a hint. Loved the ending!
This is another take on the young mistress/master positon being usurped with a school setting the main stage. This is different with a twist. The FL's body has been "inhabited" by a super simp during a 3-year decline. Once the squatter is gone, the young mistress reclaims her role and is at her full CEO ruthless, elitist self.
Perhaps the grandest victory of the versions in that, at the end, the FL embraces total dominance and celebrates triumphantly. She sees the world as a business pyramid with herself rightfully placed at its pinnacle. Winner takes all. So not the usual warm and fuzzy happy ending. But the FL is definitely smiling.

Going by dates, the 1st one you watched is V1. But best to wait to compare MDL air dates? The "Jie Gou Yu..." version is dated 5/22/2025.
