The amount of censorship is already hurting the industry, and the amount of chinese people complaining about the lack of creative scripts just grow. It's sad cuz china has a lot of potential, so I'm hoping the censorship will get weaker day by day, so we can get even better cdramas.
Maybe it's a wrong synopsis, but she could face some kind of racism indeed. I know we label Asians as one race, but there are many ethnicities within this group, specially in China. If Mulan is portrayed as a minority, she could face racism
The Kang Jae widows part made me laugh...but I agree with what you said. Like you mentioned, they knew each other…
I do like Kang Jae, I think he would be an amazing husband for Woori. But Raphael has been an amazing replacement for now, it's not a loss at all, so people just need to let go
"Raphael and Woori is going too fast" - hmmm it's not? yall forgot years before they just talked for some minutes and then were kissing? they always had a natural chemistry. and now they're having a baby, which opens many doors for feelings to grow. yall are just being kang jae widows 🙄
"Sung Hoon acting is bad" - eh? are we watching the same drama? His acting is very good and natural here, probably his best performance yet, what are yall talking about
Woori is annoying - yall must be so bad at empathy. she's a woman that had her entire life planned and then a baby suddenly came, bringing with him a father and a bunch of decisions to be made. she must consider herself, the baby, the father, his family, her family and her loved one. if she didn't have so many conflicts, then the script really would be bad
"this show is weird" - it! is! a! romcom! about! a! woman! that! was! impregnated! by! mistake! what did yall expect?????
anyways, I am enjoying it a lot. the only complaint I have is about the father - but that's because I've watched the original and it was acted by the amazing jaime camil - it's really hard to be better at comedy than that man. for now, I highly recommend it
and then proceeds to accept princes of a powerful governor who will need to fight for power to stay alive
