True. Sometimes, I find YY acting stiff and he can get away with it because of his looks
He still has room for improvement, but I wouldn't call him stiff. His character here is a black bellied composed prince, he's acting just as it's required
ep.10: till now in terms of main leads chemistry is a little early, maybe because "You are my glory" for me couple…
I got freaked out with their kissing scene on the trailer, but I got used pretty fast and I'm soooo shipping them now. Both always have good chemistry with their co-stars and it's not different here, you just gotta remember yourself they're characters, not living people
At first watching the cast, i expect romance, after seeing until episode 8 i ship the bromance of tan po yue and…
Although I can't help but ship here and there, this drama was never a romance drama, it's really about millitar life. I appreciate the writer for not inserting romances and focusing on their friendships
okey episode 12 chandelled his case right ,, having PTSD after such ordeal is the proper sequence of events but…
Yang Yang isn't a specially skilled and born-talented actor, but he's really hard-working and focused on improving - reason why he's always taking different roles and acting in one project per year. You must remember that the same sound in mandarin doesnt mean the same writing. Their Feng surnames are actually different characters. "Hei" means "black", "Bai" means "white". This is probably part of the story. We will need to watch to understand
Also what a weird pairing yang yang is too mature for her. Well at least we have other good dramas so I will pretend…
I usually have problems with age gap, but only if it's very big and part of the plot. Even so, a 7 years gap isnt a big deal when they're 23 and 30. And they're acting, not dating, their age gap is not part of the drama's setting. You're reaching
Also director: Lemme make this super power-couple-like and cute-couple-like scenes
However, I do think his acting for the PTSD was very good. Specially when he attacked his comrade. YY has a very expressive face which usually gives a "too much" feeling in scenes where naturality is required, but works very well for emotional scenes like this one
